“This is the second time I've needed repairs through insurance in the last 5 years and I've used Caliber both times. Staff is knowledgeable and explains things well to a non-car person. Both times they have completed repairs within their estimated time, both times it did not need any additional return trips to fix something. I also liked the way the employees spoke to eachother. From the few minute insight I had, it seems like a good work environ. Honestly the only drawback to this place is their parking lot is crazy small 😆”

“I have used Willis Collision 2 times in the past 18 months and was very pleased with the results. Bodywork was covered by insurance after my deductible and seemed to be a reasonable price. In addition I have had tire rotation, alignment, oil changes and other general maintenance issues done at Willis. The staff does excellent work and are good at the speed items take to fix and communicate as needed.”
“I am absolutely impressed on the service I got with my car. They got my car in as soon as I got it there yesterday. My exhaust came off at the flange, and they called me about 2 hours later, and told me it was done. I picked it up this morning, and it sounds better than it did, before the exhaust came off. I can't even here it, or feel it running, like I did before. The cost was more than reasonable. The guys there are so polite and courteous. The price they quoted me, was the price I paid. I'll be staying with Blakes Repair Service from now on. I won't be taking my car back to Car X ever again.
Car X has taken me for so much money, and still have a problem, they were supposed to fix. I highly recommend Blake's Auto Repair Service. I am absolutely pleased with the service they did.”

“Mike was great to work with and they did an awesome job replacing/painting the bumper on my husband’s car. I had sent Mike pictures of my husband’s bumper after we bought a used car - it was chipping paint pretty badly, and he could tell just from the photos (without us telling him) that the bumper had previously been involved in an accident and replaced/repaired and that the paint job had been bad. He generously sent me a quote for both stripping and repainting the bumper as well as replacing and repainting. I give this shop five stars for customer service and fair prices. I’m so glad we found them to complete the repairs for us!”

(They even found a great deal on a factory Toyota bumper.) Every repair has been flawless—our cars always come back looking factory fresh.

“Purchased my LS3 crate engine through them and the harmonic balancer failed a year later. I called customer service and Blake went above and beyond. He called my local dealer and got the manager to agree to warranty out my balancer so i wouldn’t have to wait for shipping. 10/10 customer service, even long after my purchase.”
“I was recommend Fisher Body & Paint by Chamberlain Auto for my front bummer. I called and was informed they have free walk-in estimate which was nice. They were communicative and the parts came in faster than I expected. They were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of me which I really appreciate. They worked with my schedule, so they only had my car half a day. My bummer was falling off due to broken brackets and now it looks like new. I would highly recommend this place for body work.”
