Planet Fitness offers a welcoming and clean environment for everyone to build strength at their own pace in a Judgement Free ZoneĀ®. With over 2,700 locations, this particular gym stands out for its spaciousness, friendly staff, and well-maintained equipment. Members appreciate the availability of machines, which are often not crowded, allowing for a comfortable workout experience. The staff is noted for being helpful and quick to resolve any issues, with some members highlighting specific team members for their exceptional service. Although some find the cleaning of equipment inconvenient, the assurance that machines are sanitized is valued. Many members love the gym's amenities, including massage chairs and the easy signup process. However, there are suggestions for improvement, such as extending hours to 24/7 to accommodate all schedules and making it easier to freeze or cancel memberships through the app or phone. Overall, this Planet Fitness location is highly recommended for its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and commitment to member satisfaction.
This club makes me feel unwelcomed. They treat me as if I constantly break the rules when I have not done anything wrong. I originally gave this club 5 stars, but it has gone downhill.
