“We came in to get Chad a pair of work boots, (his Mom bought em for him as a gift ❤️) and after getting sized, trying 3 pairs on and going with the first pair he tried, the girl helping was as nice as can be! We got to the park, he realized there was an imperfection in the make up of the boot. So we took them back and after being educated by a lady from the back, learned it wasn't a functional imperfection but still not up to their standards so they would like to exchange them. Some rummaging in the back revealed they didn't have any more in his baby feet size but they could have some ordered in. That was fair and well but Chad needed them for tomorrow morning.. so the lady suggested he wear them until his new ones come in. If that isn't fabulous customer service, which is dying in this age, I don't know what is! If you're tempted to get a pair of red wing boots or shoes, do it! If not for the timeless style, for the amazing customer service and quality product they stand behind!”
