“I'm giving it 5 stars as a truck driver, can't say much for other people. But as a trucker the parking is open, and free. Instead of relying on the Flying J or the Love's this is a better fo to place to stop.”

“I highly recommend this location for any of your convenience store needs. I am lucky enough to work across the parking lot and I have been a frequent customer. The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when you’re in a hurry. It’s always clean, including the women’s bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. “Staff is ok most times.The prices use to be great not so much anymore now that everybody goes to their stores. The fried chicken tho is absolutely horrendous worst I've ever had I can literally fill a cup to the rim with greasy/water liquid the taste is awful and slimy feeling”

“little small as far as Flying J Travel Centers go, not many car parking spots if you plan to stay the night. Bathrooms were very clean though and the attentant was super nice, she even gave me an extra chicken wing because one of them was small.”
“Taco pizza didn't get topped. Paid for extra toppings that we didn't get. The chips we did get were stale. Just be aware when ordering pizza from this Casey's. Cashier was friendly. ***Update*** after talking with the store they remade the order and the effort in the remake is evident. Thank you for making it right.”
“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“Good little Casey’s! 2 pump station(so 4 gas pumps in total) and a little small. I came during lunch hour on a week day and was a bit disappointed in the availability of the hot food, but for the size of the town, it was definitely adequate! The staff were super kind and quick to help, and the store looked clean and maintained. Good place to stop if needed.”
“Seeing some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but it was over nothing. I got the same old Casey's pizza. When they said it would be ready it was, and they got me through the checkout despite a crowd and only two employees at the counter. Won't hesitate at all to order from this one again.”

“Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670”
