The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when you’re in a hurry. It’s always clean, including the women’s bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. “Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”

“We had a flat tire on Easter Sunday and finding a place to get that repaired is almost impossible. We made 1 phone call to this place and they told us they would work us in but we might have to wait. We drove right there handed them the keys walked down the street to eat a late lunch before we even got 1/2 way through our lunch we got the phone call tire was fixed. So it was quick and very friendly service. I would suggest this place in a heart beat!!!! They made our day a lot easier by not having to change a tire out in the rain. Thank You!!!!!! Tom N”

“Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670”

“Daniel is the best in there. He has positive attitude. Also very helpful and I’ve seen him go above and beyond for myself and other guests that come in. But I took a star off because I don’t like most of the rest of the staff. I’ve seen too many poor attitudes, poor customer service skills, and also poor communication skills. Luckily, I don’t know their names.”

“This is the closest Casey's to my house so I've been going there fairly often for the last 4 years, but just recently they have turned a much improved corner somehow! Lately I've been highly impressed with the food, the service & even the atmosphere!!! Keep it up!!!!”

“Usually very kind staff but have had a few experiences where the employees are cussing even if kids are around. Not a huge deal to me but others seemed uncomfortable. One time an employee reminded me when I left $300 sitting on the counter after pulling it out of the ATM (pregnancy brain oops), so I really appreciated her and her integrity.
This week there were only XL cups out at one time. Food is usually good but have had them mess our order up a few times. Overall not a bad place, I do like Kwik Stars food better and hope Casey's gets more variety eventually.”
“Was treated very rudely by the girl working tonight. I was called a b**** and was told to f*** off. Sign on the door said she was in the bathroom for 5 minutes, those of us standing there waited longer than 5 minutes. One man was waiting for the door to be unlocked so he could purchase gas, he left without purchasing his gas. There were people in the store playing the games when the door was locked. People in customer service should know better than to treat their customers this way. Will never go back.”

“Good little Casey’s! 2 pump station(so 4 gas pumps in total) and a little small. I came during lunch hour on a week day and was a bit disappointed in the availability of the hot food, but for the size of the town, it was definitely adequate! The staff were super kind and quick to help, and the store looked clean and maintained. Good place to stop if needed.”
