“I have a "membership" and have been to many of the Mister Car Wash locations.They have made the choice with newer locations to NOT have employees providing inside-the-car cleaning or wiping down the outside. I'm sure this cuts down on labor costs and manpower requirements.This particular experience just "driving through" on a Saturday afternoon was made memorable by the smiling cheerful service provided by the young lady who was manning the entrance (where they line you up and pre-wet the car). Her friendly smile and gregarious personality shone so brightly that she MADE MY DAY just with her great attitude and infectious smile. All I could think of was "What a delightful young lady"!Oh yeah, it was a good car wash too!”

“My car looks brand new! What I can’t get over is how clean my steering wheel feels - and how dirty my windshield was before. If you have years of grime in your car like me, this is the place to go. “In world where car salesmen are dreaded by everyone, Kim is a savior. He is friendly and the nicest car salesman we have ever met. He helped us understand the various trims and helped us decide on what car do we want to get. We initially booked a gas one since hybrids were months away from delivery and three days later Kim called me asking if I was interested in a hybrid as someone who ordered previously declined to pick it up. Kim was amazing throughout the process. I mean where people are waiting for Hybrids for more than 6 months, Kim got me one in 4 days and with no markups. He is super friendly, gives you all the time and attention, doesn’t pushes you and is transparent about everything. If there was a feature he did not understand, he ensured to find people around who can help us understand the tech.”

As I sat there holding up the line, trying to figure out how to put cash into a nonexistent slot, the attendant came over and just let me through for free. So yesterday I bought a package ascouldn't figure out how to confirm it as I had not gotten any confirmation but I was able to show a payment so they waved me on through againSuper nice staff, love how my car looks afterwards. “Fred and his team took care of me when they were close to closing up. I didn't even think about it but they were closing as I had just gotten off work. They even took the time to get the bird waste off my roof! (Long vacation, parked under a tree). I was going to leave but Fred let me know he could take care of me right before they closed. Great customer service and they did NOT need to go out of their way but I'm grateful they did! I'll be coming back in the future.”

“I had a great first experience taking my vehicle to Mister Car Wash. Employees were kind and respectful. It’s pretty cool to see your car get washed, there are areas that you can sit and watch it being watched. Vending machines and water fountains are a nice touch when you are waiting for your cleaning to get finished. I got the cherry finish applied and I love the smell. Vacuuming and cleaning of the interior was great. I’d highly recommend this location, I’ll come back for sure.”
