“First, before I had even gone to them for service, but had made an appointment, I got an email wishing me a happy birthday. I got there on my appt date, a bit early, and they took my car to get a start on it. I sat in the customer area, which was clean and organized. They brought my car back through the return area of the entry part. While i was waiting, I got a video of my car inspection. I've never had this kind of service before. I'll be back. “Caliber really seems to have their process nailed down. We needed to bring in a work vehicle for a repair that was being covered by insurance. They explained how the process would work for the repair and how coordination and payment would work with the insurance company. The whole thing was seamless.
