I had my phone stolen. It was a big set back. The staff at the Grimes store were wonderful! They helped identify the best plan and phone without any sales pitch. They listened considerately to my needs and helped me find the best solution for me. Thank you, guys!

I stopped in to see if I was eligible to upgrade my current phone, which I was. Kyler was so much help to me in getting my new Google Pixel phone set up. I stopped by a couple days later and Heath helped me with an issue that I was having. Great customer service there!
