“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“After a horrible 3 part experience at the University Ave location I came here hoping to find a kind, knowledgeable, aware, experienced and honest person. I did! Her name is a Stacey and she was so incredibly helpful. She undid all the wrong done by the reps who fraudulently feature bombed all of my lines and didn’t tell me anything. Thank you Stacey! I hope ATT recognizes what a valuable employee they have because she really stands out amongst their other employees. She should not have to do her own job plus fix the errors of employees from other branches!!!”

“I had an amazing experience at this location! I called ahead to compare the online price of the iPhone 16e, and the staff over the phone was so helpful. When I arrived, the service only got better the representative was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking to switch to Cricket or upgrade your phone, I highly recommend this store”

“The young man that helped us knew his stuff. The reason for only 4 stars was the lack of merchandise. You would think that a Verizon Store located at Jordan Creek would be stocked with more items available. Our family switched providers and had to look elsewhere for our screen protectors.”
