“This is the first time I've ever been at this location, I have been multiple locations between Chariton and Corydon and then today was in one in South Des Moines off of army and that was a disaster. This store was clean and stocked something I have never seen in any of the Dollar generals I've been to in Iowa and the lady working named Jody, was nice and personable and helpful and friendly. She was apologizing for the fact that due to the extreme cold weather that it was cold in the store. I have never had such a good experience in a Dollar general”

“Always gotta support Fareway if I need groceries and im on the side of town. And I prefer their meat from their meat counter than hyvee because they usually have more selection.”
