“I had phenomenal customer service at this location! From the front end person Alicia, to GM Mike, assistant manager Tim, and mechanic Kurt, the interactions were top notch. We had terrible luck getting our newly purchased mower delivered, (which I don't have a glowing review to write about in that regards, but that is a company issue, not a store issue). Despite being told by Mike what ball size we needed to borrow one of their trailers, we showed up with the wrong size (as we were borrowing a capable vehicle from a friend and unfortunately didn't check things out ourselves before traveling to the store), and even with that being our fault and not the store's, they helped us figure out a solution. Tim especially went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough! Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice, and was very personable to work with as I had to go back to the store many times. Mike helped facilitate the solutions when I felt like I was facing a dead end, and Kurt graciously gave me a good chunk of his time helping me troubleshoot some issues and ensuring our battery was in great condition. Tim provided a very personable experience and I am very grateful for his time and attention to our issues. I thank the team at TSC, IC very much!”

“Amazing experience. As an out of towner, most other Walmarts I have been to, are subpar when it comes to cleanliness, parking, staff assistance, etc.
This one though, wow. The parking lot is amazing all by itself.
Walking in, I noticed how different it was compared to Walmarts in Sioux City.
So clean and well organized
Then I was looking for the section with fans and was greeted by a manager by the name of Ronan. Was very helpful and very light hearted and goofy. Interacting with Ronan was by far the best experience I have ever had at any Walmart. And with how nice and clean the store is, that made it even better. His coworkers, Dennis and Dave were pretty great people too and very helpful as well.
There was also another gentleman working there who happened to have a moth on his shoulder that wouldn't fly away, was the oddest, yet pretty amazing thing to see.

Keep these gentlemen as long as possible! They know how to turn a good day into a great day!

“Staff has always been courteous respectful and efficient. Good problem solving mentality. Good helpful and kind welcoming attitudes towards guests.

I would like to see this target tho finding ways to contribute to the community. More whether that’s table to table for grocery left overs or helping to pick up trash down town or. With corporate backing community contribution is a must”
