“Stopped in to check out their ice cream and was glad we did. They have a wonderful variety of ice cream, and any other dairy product you would need. They have cute little souvenir items. They also have their parking posts painted uniquely. Employees are friendly and helpful.”

“A good place to stop if you're headed from Eastern Iowa to Minneapolis. We stopped here for the restrooms and food and weren't disappointed. Very clean restrooms. Like most Kwik Trips, huge variety of food. Friendly staff. Clean store. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again on our next trip up north.”

“Was traveling from Georgia to Minnesota and decided to get gas and a snack. Ended up buying some delicious chicken sandwiches and fried chicken as well as some iced coffee. Was my favorite gas station on the whole trip to MN and back home. Lady at the counter was super nice as well.”

“I usually pop in here at least once a Cedar Falls visit. This is the only place my sister buys milk and cream. But, there's so much more to browse through here: coffee from local roasters, homemade baked goods, cheeses, farm-raised meat, maple syrup, Iowa wine..... I was so surprised by the wine packs (like adult juice packs). Some were more than portable and included a lanyard. Fun place. Reserving five stars for when I try their ice cream.”

“I've been living in Iowa for about 3 years and there is this convenience store I shop at everyday because its closer to where I live. the people who work there are so polite and helpful .. There haven't been a day where the employee's wasn't courteous...

“I see lots of older reviews complain about the pharmacy, but I've been in the area for almost two years using this location exclusively and they've been so helpful! My medications are complicated (incl. Multiple doses of the same drug and controlled substances like Adderall) and my insurance tends to decide to make things more challenging, but they've worked with me through all of this with incredible patience and an obvious depth of knowledge not only pertaining to medications and their interactions, but specific insurance companies and their quirks.”
“Kwik Star is clean and organized. Staff is professional and friendly. Kwik Star offers great hot food and has great prices on things like butter, bread and milk. If you have thier app you can get great coupons too.”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“Current worker here! Despite what the one other person said, no one here actively talks on the phone unless absolutely necessary. There is only one worker here, who only works around around 15/16 hours at this store, can be a bit rude. Everyone else however have great customer service skills. I work the most out of everyone else here (35 currently) and try my best to be helpful and nice. Our management is great here as well so know that you are giving your money to people who genuinely cares about their employees. Our restroom is probably one of the cleanest and well kept out of most of all of them and is 1 private restroom. We are also known for some of the coldest drinks, as our in-wall coolers are kept at 31/32 degrees. Know that we do not sell any liquor. Do have something you need? We have a suggest box! Or just ask an employee to let our manager to get somethings. Edit since this seems to be a problem, I can ONLY give back 25¢ if the air pump isn’t working. Managements rules. So please don’t get mad at me when I’m not the one in control of it. Just remember; if it doesn’t work the first time it most likely won’t the second.”

“There was a guy that worked here many years ago that used to just comp us hot dogs and chew after 10pm. When we graduated we got him a greyhound dog because he loved NASCAR. Always had Boyz II Men playing, he always took a lot of crap for that but he didn't care, and i respected that. Anyway, does he still work there? Im competing in the hot dog contest at Coney Island and I just wanted to tell him.....thanks for the inspiration......we did it buddy!”
