“This is somewhere you definitely want to live, Carla has went above and beyond for me in every single aspect… she’s even put in simple work orders for me directly because she has cared so much, anytime I ever see her she’s helping someone and being her sweet, loving, caring self.
The apartment complex itself is very nice, safe, and feels more like a luxury hotel! As someone who’s a young adult, I recommend this vibrant atmosphere to anyone.
Maria, the maintenance team, the security officer, everyone here works hard to represent pointe west and I’m thankful just to live here.”

“Brand new tenant here! I'm ecstatic about living here! Its clean and quiet, and the first two months of rent are free if you book in the summer! They love cats, maintenance is very helpful, neighbors are kind, and I love my little balcony. I'm close to the city but its not loud, they have a cafe and beautiful lounge area in the complex. “After living at cityville for over 3.5 years I can say the change in ownership has been amazing. You can see in previous years from reviews that management has not been helpful nor kind but with the recent change that is now not the case. They are very prompt with responses, I’m now informed with what’s going on in the complex and the grounds are clean. I couldn’t recommend living here more between management, pricing and location.”

“I love the views from my 3rd story windows, and the vaulted ceilings are a ++. No gas or BBQ briquettes allowed on balcony, so we found this wonderful Ninja that completes the balcony and wonderful weather evenings.”
“If you want to learn more about Drake West Village, talk with Isaac. Until we found Isaac, we had so many unanswered questions. He answered all of them so thoroughly and politely. He even gave us a tour of the facilities (although no apartments were open to tour those). We followed-up with several more questions by email and phone and Isaac was very responsive and informative. Drake West Village is lucky to have him. He made our experience very enjoyable.”

“I can't say enough great things about living at the Fleming Building these past 2.5 years!Besides just the charm of the actual apartment aesthetically, the management here is AMAZING. The property manager, Dan, is kind, responsive and always helpful. And maintenance was always crazy fast and went above and beyond every time. It doesn't seem like a huge thing, but the staff here truly made the experience as great as it was because they genuinely care about the people who live there.Great place--highly recommend!”

“Alexandra, the property manager, is amazing and made the moving process much easier than at any other place I’ve rented before. The neighborhood is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. You can also bike along the new bike path on Ingersoll, and the bus route runs along Ingersoll as well. If you have a car, there’s no need to worry; there’s plenty of parking available on both sides of the property, and an enclosed parking garage is available for a reasonable additional cost.
The property itself is a vintage gem, featuring beautiful details throughout. Despite its age, the staff has done a wonderful job maintaining it and renovating where necessary. The courtyard is lovely and provides a great place to take pets for a short stroll. Even with the gorgeous hardwood floors in the unit, it is so quiet that you won't hear your upstairs neighbors. Plus, the neighbors are super friendly! I couldn't recommend this place more – it’s a 10/10!”
“I have lived here for, oh shoot, probably going on two years now, and throughout those two years, this apartment complex has really helped me to stay on my feet. If it wasn't for their kindness and understanding of meeting me where I'm at, I would most likely have been homeless a longgggggg time ago. You can trust this place, and their staff, to meet you where you are, without any judgement, without any complaints. They take the heavy lifting, to try and make your burdens light, may God bless this apartment complex, with just the right people, at just the right time. In Jesus name ??”

“I've been here a year and haven't had any issues with angel, the management or maintenance. Any concerns I have with the apartment, they always handle them in a timely manner. As far as angel and all the bad reviews, I think people should cut her some slack, it takes alot to run several properties for 1 and 2 she can't control her tentants disturbing habits. If you can't clean up behind your self and your kids than you shouldn't want to live at the property anyway. Anyone shouldn't get mad at management for enforcing the rules. As for me I keep my place pretty clean so I have never had any pest issues, I can't speak for anyone else. But best of luck to Angel and to anyone wanting to rent in there future. I had a great overall experience and management has always been very patient and understanding.”
“Update: Simply editing to remind this property and their staff how amazing they are! Eastwood is redoing their parking lot because they absolutely value improving property at all given chances and while I had a bit of trouble relocating my vehicle, the property manager and maintenance men went out of their way to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude enough. 12/10 would recommend this property!
Honestly, I really do love living at Eastwood. Sarah, Cheyenne (I hope I spelled her name correctly), Jobe and the other office staff are always so pleasant and so helpful. I am the type of person who hates to call and bother, but they never make me feel bad for having questions. Garrett and the maintenance team have been fantastic! I don't have many repair requests, but when I do Garrett is always quick to help and incredibly efficient in his work. I am so grateful for such a great team!”

“When we first walked in to check out this apartment I immediately knew this would be our home!
We continue to feel welcome, safe and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is very accommodating; especially the maintenance guys!
The grounds are beautiful with trees everywhere. We are just a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It’s more than I imagined apartment living could be.
Our favorite amenity has to be the fireplace!”
