“Providence Pointe Apartments has been an amazing place to live. The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything. My unit was spacious, modern, and everything worked the way it should. Parking is easy, neighbors are respectful, and the whole property feels safe and comfortable. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Providence Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to call home.”

“The leasing officer candy was super friendly and helpful i had been searching for an apartment for a while and honestly I saw some that were equally as good but the reason I decided to lease with the ridges apartments was truly because candy was a pleasure to talk to and very informative throughout the process. She showed me multiple options to try and accommodate my needs and wants and ultimately I got sold on living here.”
“The apartment and facility is lovely and comfortable. Minor fixes like toilet and blinds needed. Staff are friendly. Disappointed experiencing marijuana use which makes us sick. Hopefully will be addressed quickly. It is a no smoking complex. Very friendly tenants.”
“I’ve lived at West Point Apartments & Townhomes for a little while now, and after seeing some of the older reviews, I can see why people had questions about how things were running. For me, though, meeting the new community manager has been a really encouraging change.
She’s already helped get a few maintenance issues taken care of that I’d been waiting on, and she’s been friendly, responsive, and great to work with. It genuinely feels like she’s bringing a fresh, welcoming energy to the community.
Just wanted to share a positive update — I’m feeling really hopeful about where things are headed and excited to see West Point continue to grow into an even more comfortable place to call home.”

I stopped by the community on a whim without an appointment, just hoping to get a quick look—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. They were not only friendly and considerate but also very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without hesitation.
I was able to tour one of the apartments, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The space had a clean, modern feel with plenty of room to move around.
Even without an appointment, the experience felt smooth and professional from start to finish. It really says a lot about the community and the people who work there. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a new place!”
“I asked my son the other day if he wanted to move, and he told me that he never wants to move. It made me laugh, because he was so serious, but it warmed my heart to know that he loves it here just as much as I do. It's a safe community, the managers are amazing people who care and have lots of fun activities to build community and relationships with their tenants. I am so blessed to be here. I have nothing bad to say about living here - not one thing.”
“The management and maintenance have been nothing but great since moving in a few months ago… recently needed to have my washer replaced and it was here and installed within 2 days of me putting in the initial request. But by far the best asset they have, is their Property Manager Desiree. She made the process easy and painless. With a dash of comic relief.”
“Lived here for almost 10 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the place. Only reason why I moved out was because of needing more space and a change of scenery. Everyone there is nice, management is always on top of things and making sure something is getting fixed asap. Kate and Eric do a wonderful job of managing, and both were always super nice. Rent is affordable, location is great especially with the farmers market, my neighbors were always respectful, and views from the top floor were awesome. Would definitely live here again in the future if I ever needed to.”
“If you want to learn more about Drake West Village, talk with Isaac. Until we found Isaac, we had so many unanswered questions. He answered all of them so thoroughly and politely. He even gave us a tour of the facilities (although no apartments were open to tour those). We followed-up with several more questions by email and phone and Isaac was very responsive and informative. Drake West Village is lucky to have him. He made our experience very enjoyable.”
“I have been here for a year and a half or so and have had a pretty great experience so far. Work orders have been completed quickly, the office has been responsive and the apartments are pretty great for the price. I recently had a minor parking misunderstanding, which the office handled super quickly with a high degree of professionalism.”
“I can't say enough great things about living at the Fleming Building these past 2.5 years!Besides just the charm of the actual apartment aesthetically, the management here is AMAZING. The property manager, Dan, is kind, responsive and always helpful. And maintenance was always crazy fast and went above and beyond every time. It doesn't seem like a huge thing, but the staff here truly made the experience as great as it was because they genuinely care about the people who live there.Great place--highly recommend!”
“From touring the complex to moving in, Ethan and the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and at home immediately. I learned quickly that when they say, “please let us know if there is anything you need”, they are not just giving lip service. They truly want the residents to be happy and without a need.”

“Clean organized place the few times that I’ve been here the staff has been kind to me there’s a good selection of snack and drinks as well as meals for a pretty small store/gas station they do a good job of keeping it open while providing a good clean selection”
“This place has done a complete turn around due to new owners coming in 9 months ago. It is now called The Quarters on 9th. Security has been established with cameras and spotlights throught the property. Many units have been renovated very modern and there is regular pest control. There is something new done every so often. Location is super, as it is close to shopping, restaurants, and a straight shot to downtown. There is laundry room on sight as well a a nice one across street.”
“I have lived here for, oh shoot, probably going on two years now, and throughout those two years, this apartment complex has really helped me to stay on my feet. If it wasn't for their kindness and understanding of meeting me where I'm at, I would most likely have been homeless a longgggggg time ago. You can trust this place, and their staff, to meet you where you are, without any judgement, without any complaints. They take the heavy lifting, to try and make your burdens light, may God bless this apartment complex, with just the right people, at just the right time. In Jesus name ??”
“Alexandra is very friendly and responsive to requests. The property is beautiful and I love the hardwood floors, and large rooms. The rent is also very affordable compared to other rents in the area.”
“Eric was very resourceful and helpful. He fulfilled my maintenance request and also took the initiative to fix baseboards he noticed were not attached. He was patient, kind, and punctual throughout the process.”
“Update: Simply editing to remind this property and their staff how amazing they are! Eastwood is redoing their parking lot because they absolutely value improving property at all given chances and while I had a bit of trouble relocating my vehicle, the property manager and maintenance men went out of their way to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude enough. 12/10 would recommend this property!
Honestly, I really do love living at Eastwood. Sarah, Cheyenne (I hope I spelled her name correctly), Jobe and the other office staff are always so pleasant and so helpful. I am the type of person who hates to call and bother, but they never make me feel bad for having questions. Garrett and the maintenance team have been fantastic! I don't have many repair requests, but when I do Garrett is always quick to help and incredibly efficient in his work. I am so grateful for such a great team!”
“Me and my boyfriend recently moved into an apt here and we love it! The leasing staff Lauren and Sarah were amazing. The units have nice upgrades and I love that my 3rd floor unit has vaulted ceilings. I’ve lived in many apartments in the Des Moines area and this is the nicest and easiest process I’ve ever had.”

“I’m giving this apartment complex (while under ownership of Artisan) a five because I haven’t had any issues here. The landlord Bobbie has been amazing! She is super down to earth and makes sure that residence needs are met. In general she’s just amazing with the residence here. She also communicates great with our maintenance guy David. David not only make sure that needs our met, but he’s great at communicating with residence and is very thorough about his work.
I’ve never had such a great landlord and such a great maintenance man!”
