“Struggled with customer service over the phone and online with this company. I went to the location and the gentleman working went above and beyond to help me with the horrible experience I had. I was a bit rude in the beginning due to customer service giving me the run around. After dealing with the gentleman on site my opinion was changed about this place, he did everything he could to correct the issue and then some. Definitely glad I gave them another chance. the on site staff was so different than the call center staff I had to deal with. My faith in Avis has been restored because of of the experience I had on location”

“The customer service was amazing! I had a few questions about my reservation prior to picking up the rental and everyone who assisted me on the phone was very helpful. Pick up/drop off was seamless and straightforward! Our vehicle was very nice/NEW/comfortable and the prices were reasonable!”
