“I just completed my six week challenge and I am so happy with the results. I completed challenges in 2018 and have been wanting to come back since. Well I finally made it and I am so glad I did. The coaches were great and other members were amazing too! The weight loss combined with the strength and confidence you gain is so gratifying. This time around was a little different for me because it was after having kids. I had a completely different mindset and even when it got hard I just reminded myself that I have two young kids and I can do anything I put my mind to. For that reason it seemed easier but I think I am more impressed with my results this time around. Everything felt more natural than the first time around and I was able to get into a routine pretty easily too. I am excited to roll into a membership and continue my health journey. If you are thinking about signing up for a challenge do it!”

“I just finished the six week challenge and successfully lost over 20 pounds. Elite Edge is like no other gym! The classes are fun and you get an amazing workout in less than an hour. I love the atmosphere, everyone is so supportive and helps motivate you throughout the workouts. Each week I got stronger and saw improvement. I am truly happy with my results and enjoy working out now. Huge shout out to Eddie for pushing me! I signed up to be a member and I looked forward to continuing with my fitness goals. “This place has everything I need and is very conveniently located for me. Staff is super helpful - Cheyenne is great and helped me with my membership even when things got complicated because of a second membership I added through my work. She was super patient and helpful about it! I did my free fitness consultation with JD and it was nice to discuss my goals and get a workout in. I come as many days as I can because they have all of the equipment I need and things are clean and organized. I am admittedly pretty easy to please when it comes to gym memberships, but out of all them this one checks all my boxes.”

“I just finished the six week challenge at Elite Edge in grimes with the goal to lose weight and get back in the gym on a consistent basis. It was great experience and the coaches were there to help with all the questions I had along the way. The enjoyed always changing workouts and all the people at the gym always pushing each other to do better. They give you a very specific meal plan to help you complete your goals which made eating healthier easy. “I am an Army Ranger veteran and I have been involved with Crossfit Merle Hay for over a year. This place is much more than a gym. The coaches are respectful and knowledgeable. There is a healthy competition and we push eachother to survive some of these workouts that will test your abilities. The comraderie here is fun and reminds me of what I had in the military. I also need to thank all the coaches for the time they put in. Every day of the week, there are many classes available to attend. There are also personal trainers available if that is what you prefer. I have noticed a significant change in my strength and mental clarity since joining this community.”

“Been going to D1 for about a month now to the Youth Football class. My 12 year old son enjoys it and looks forward to going. “Amazing floor space, great equipment set up, and so welcoming to drop-ins and new members!I recently traveled to Des Moines for a 2-week work trip; finding CrossFit 8035 was a total game changer! Abby helped get me set-up with a punch pass option for my trip and was so helpful and available for questions both during set-up and my time there. As for the facility - the huge floor-space and rig set-up felt so luxurious and allowed for plenty of individual spacing and any equipment you could possibly need. My favorite part was the 24/7 open-gym access which facilitated a time and space to work on skills and lifts I've been needing more time on, and plenty of space to video and critique myself without the constraints of a class setting. It was very cool to get that extra time and freedom in training for a couple weeks.”

“Best gym in town!!! If you were a high school or college athlete you will feel at home because the programming will be familiar. The owners and coaches have exercise science degrees so the programming is top notch! Everyone is welcome no matter what your experience level is and even if you have never been an athlete in the past. The coaches and athletes will help you and you will quickly feel like part of the family! After college I was a bit lost on what I should do to work out. I tried box gyms and even CrossFit but none of it was sustainable. I have been going to Krave for 6.5 year and it's the perfect fit and sustainable long term! I am so happy I found this place! The owners, Tyler and Amber Robinson, are amazing people too and are constantly giving back to the community too! “Tough but fun 45 minute workouts. Each day is different and strength days are rotated with cardio days so it's easier to get into a routine of going consistently without over working any particular muscle group. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and provide modifications both to make exercises more difficult or to make it easier or to adjust for any past or present injuries you may have. I've been attending for 3 years now and have gained a ton of strength and cardio endurance, as well as a better feel for what my personal goals are outside of just "losing a few pounds". Health and wellness is so important!”

“Muscle bound is the confluence between serious power lifters and people who don’t know the first thing about lifting. Everyone is welcoming friendly and fairly talkative. And although they have a multitude of lifters who have state and national records everyone remembers when they first started and are extremely friendly and encouraging to those who are just starting to weight-lift.Overall, Musclebound has been by far the best gym I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending, the quality of its lifting atmosphere, the welcoming nature of its members, and the enthusiastic gym owner, Brian all set it heads and shoulders above “the other guys”.”

“I just attended Westside Strength & Conditioning for the first time and I was extremely happy with my experience. First of all, when I signed up online I was asked if I had any previous injuries which I appreciated due to my low back injury history. I attended a small group session of 10 people. Sarah led the class and did an amazing job modifying exercises for me based on my injury history. She is very knowledgable. It felt like my own personal training session. And she did this with others in the class as well. I was never pressured into doing something I couldn't handle. I was able to challenge myself without fear of getting hurt again. Everyone went at their own pace but Sarah did a great job encouraging and coaching everyone in the class to get the most out of it. And everyone in the class was very nice and welcoming. Just an awesome atmosphere all around. If you're intimidated by group fitness for any reason, you can confidently go here and feel comfortable and get a great workout with a great group of people. I would give 6 stars if I could!”
