“It’s always a pleasure visiting this TJMaxx store in Mason City, Iowa. The store is always neat, clean, organized, and well stocked. The shelved items are always front faced and organized on the clean racks free from dust. I could honestly say the manager and team members do an incredible job here. This store should be used as a model store.
The reason for 4 stars instead of five, is for the staff members. You are never greeted, and when they are asked a question, it’s with no verbal response, only with the nodding of a head. I asked a staff member to see bangle bracelets out of the jewelry counter, she (a rather seasoned in age lady) grabbed the bracelets and almost slammed them to the counter instead of my hand I had waiting to receive it. She then proceeded to continue to do what she tried to make it seem as though she was being busy, but it was clear it was a way to not have to speak. The ego side of me wanted to purchase the items just because she had the attitude not to want to serve me, but the human spirit in me decided to not purchase anything period. The value of MY money is worth far more than any mistreatment.

“I love Target! Target is like Disneyland for my severely Autistic son. He loves the colors, the spacious isles and the cashier lady( black lady) who is so very attentive,friendly and sweet. It’s very comforting going through her checkout, because I know my son will be happy as she always gives him a high five.”
“Went here Yesterday about 10:45 AM. The store is at a good location, when compared to Hy-Vee’s Fast & Fresh on the other side of town. Prices here are great. I was shocked when I found a 5.80oz bag of Skittles Gummies being sold for only 2.09. Normally, the skittles gummies are 3-4 dollars anywhere else. The fountain drinks were really good. I got a 44oz fountain drink (filled with Dr Pepper), a Cheese & Pepperoni Tornado from the roller grill, and of course the bag of Wild Cherry Skittles Gummies. The Roller Tornado & the fountain drink were each 2.00. I paid 6.52 (6.09 without 7% tax). The store was very clean & nice on the inside. The staff were very friendly & nice.
