“I came into the tire department as a walk in with an unusual request, 2 vehicles that I wanted the tires only swapped around on, not wheels, just tires. Cody the manager was able to accommodate me, and the woman behind the counter was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I should also mention they were very busy, and short staffed, but the team made sure my needs were taken care of.”

She bounced around to each station while taking all of the orders with a smile. I was disappointed to learn that would couldn't tip her! She deserves a raise because the line nearly went out the Target entrance, and she cranked those drinks out quickly, correctly, and beautifully! Go Ronnie! You deserve the world!!”

“Rick in the automotive department is a hero. I was on a business trip from southern Illinois and had to catch a flight in Minneapolis when the new truck I was delivering started acting up. I knew what the issue was and called ahead and explained my situation. From the time I parked, to the time I left with my truck fixed, Rick had me back on the road in literally 10 minutes. I made my flight, closed my sale, and made a friend. I'll never forget the amazing service and wish there was something more I could do. You are by far the best automotive department I've ever visited in any Walmart. If you want the best customer service and someone to take a care of you like no one else, see Rick.
