“A much better store than it was a year ago. Now it's ok. My wife and I were able to walk in and be greeted. We looked at phones (though it's limited to Apple, Google and Samsung products on display) and talked to a real person who was able to guide us through the options and prices. We were then able to purchase a phone, set it up, transfer the data and walk out the door with it. With the exception of looking at phones those are all things we were not able to do a year ago (2023).”

He went above and beyond to help correct the issue. He gave many options and then even drove to where the car was to get it going. I had to call him and thank him again.
