“I’ve had a storage unit with them for a while now, and I recently had an experience that really showed me how much they care about their customers and the security of their facility.
I accidentally left my unit unlocked before heading out of town for work. During one of his regular walkthroughs of the property, Evan noticed it, secured the unit, and held onto my keys until I returned. Even though it was completely my mistake, he was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole situation.
It was reassuring to know that they actively check the grounds and keep an eye on the units instead of just leaving everything unattended. Knowing that someone is looking out for your belongings provides a lot of peace of mind.
A big thank you to Evan for going above and beyond. Great customer service and a great experience overall.”

I’m very impressed with how the transition went, honestly I’m not good at always checking my emails so I didn’t even realize it had changed. I’m not sure if it was that seamless on their end, but from a customer standpoint it was perfect. I'm past due and settled with them for a low cost and give people time to get their things out. They are not trying to take people's things and make money in actions.
