Our ministry recently changed location and I decided to use a different location for convenience. After 6 months of using the new location, I've made the decision to go back to the Pleasant Hill location solely because of the customer service.”

“Went here to deposit all my change into my account. Initially I was a bit daunted seeing how I had never wrapped coins before, but one of the super nice employees, by the name of Madelyn, told me how to wrap them. She even spent some (and saved me a lot of it) time helping me wrap the coins.”

“Tanner is great. We had to move our money to another bank because we were moving. He has let us maintain our safe deposit box there for as long as needed and has gotten us copies of old checks even though we have no checking account there any more. They offer great service and alternatives.”
