1225 Copper Creek Dr Ste E1, Pleasant HillI haven’t had the chance to eat at Bubbies Barbecue yet, but I wanted to leave a review based on an experience that really impressed me. I called with questions about the ingredients in one of their dishes because of a food allergy. The employee answered my questions, but a few minutes later she actually called me back to let me know she had accidentally left out a couple of ingredients.
That level of honesty and attention to detail says a lot about how much they care about their customers’ safety and the food they serve. She could have easily left it at the first conversation, but instead she made sure I had the correct information. As someone with food allergies, that kind of care means everything. Excellent customer service, and I can’t wait to stop in and try the
