They were able to give her a bath and were very understanding about her needs. I let them know that she doesn’t like baths and isn’t good with other dogs, and they handled everything professionally and patiently. I also really appreciated that they didn’t judge her because of her breed. I felt completely comfortable leaving her there, which says a lot. I would definitely recommend them.

2121 Adventureland Dr, AltoonaWe just moved to the area and a neighbor recommended Tangled Tails so we decided to give it a try. Millie was in and out in under two hours, the fastest groom we've ever had! The staff was very accommodating, even though Millie is not the best client- she tries to jump away and does NOT like having her legs or feet touched. The groomer did a great job and the price is a fraction of what I've paid in the past- VERY reasonable! Thank you Tangled Tails Family!

2705 Grand Avenue, Des MoinesWe stopped by when we were in town after seeing someone share their experience on TikTok. We were 6 minutes early and already there were cars lined up and waiting to go in. When I saw a woman get through the door I immediately left my car to beat the flock of seagulls we all were in our excitement to get some of these pastries. The cases were stocked and beautiful and the staff were ready.
My only complaint is that I was obviously the next person to help once the staff were finished with the current customers they were helping, and I got looked over several times by staff to help someone else. So if there were a way to lineup to indicate to the staff who is next would be beneficial, even if its just something temporary for right at open when everyone is eager to get their first pick of pastries. Otherwise once I was helped staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to try these with my family - we got the pistachio croissant, a tart, and a vanilla bean crochet (I may be incorrect about this last one)!
