As a server, I’m in and out of the bank regularly to deposit tips, and this young woman, who worked on Saturday morning, 3/29/25, always brightens my day! Not only is she always so kind and attentive, but she remembers the little things that make a big difference. I often bring my dog with me, and she always makes sure to grab a treat for her. Even on the days when my dog isn't with me, she still remembers and brings me a treat, showing just how thoughtful and considerate she is. I truly appreciate the care she puts into her work and how she goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Thank you for being so amazing!”

All the bank staff are friendly and eager to assist you in whatever you need to accomplish. If this bank had problems in the past the management team has made corrections to make it a very good bank now. We are happy with Central Bank. Give them a try, we think you will be happy too.”
“My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”
