As a server, I’m in and out of the bank regularly to deposit tips, and this young woman, who worked on Saturday morning, 3/29/25, always brightens my day! Not only is she always so kind and attentive, but she remembers the little things that make a big difference. I often bring my dog with me, and she always makes sure to grab a treat for her. Even on the days when my dog isn't with me, she still remembers and brings me a treat, showing just how thoughtful and considerate she is. “My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”
