“My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”

“Went to Veridian Credit Union on 86th Street in
Johnston to transfer money due to my Veridian app not working properly.
Brooklyn made the and came out to my vehicle in the drive through to help me get the app working again. She went over and above her duties in the customer service department.
That lady needs a raise.”
