“I usually frequent the Johnston branch (however all branches are good), but the Johnston branch is the best in my opinion. Everyone there is friendly, compassionate and never make you feel rushed during your transaction.
I recently visited the Johnston branch and I had the pleasure of working with Brad (teller). I had some issues with my checking account. We worked through it, but it did take some time. I never felt like a burden, and he had knack of making me feel like I was the only one in the bank, and there isn't a line behind you. Again no rushing. This interaction was not a one off. I witnessed him treating the gentleman ahead if me the same way.
In the world of rush-rush, to be treated this way was refreshing. He also treated me with respect and compassion.
Brad is great employee, and an amazing front line representative for Veridian Credit Union.
I highly recommend Veridian Credit Union (I'm pretty partial to the Johnston location).

“Best bank I have ever had! They have been so helpful during our time here (recently moved in from out of town). They were very patient and informative when walking us through getting our first mortgage. They even reached out when we hadn’t out of ignorance. This helped us lock in a lower interest rate as they were set to go up within days. To me that says a lot about their integrity and care for their customers. The blame could have easily fallen on us and the bank clearly stands to benefit from us paying a higher interest rate. I haven’t even mentioned all the great features/services they have available, and I love banking locally.”

“I own a small business and had been working with Wells Fargo for my commercial banking. Their business banking services continued to get worse and worse, so I decided to move my accounts to a community bank. After searching, I chose Northwest Bank. It was one of my best decisions as a business owner.
The Northwest Bank staff were able to set up checking and savings accounts and transfer funds in quickly. We then secured a business loan to purchase a commercial building and then another to support operations. I’ve been able to meet with staff to talk about strategic growth and current and future needs. At every step, the tellers, the loan managers and even the bank President have been fantastic! They know me by name and care about my business. It has been a refreshing change.
