“I truly hope someone at corporate takes a moment to read this, because I want you to know just how much I genuinely enjoy shopping at your stores. Every time I walk into a Kwik Star, it’s like stepping into a place of comfort and reliability — a rare feeling these days. From the spotless aisles to the warm smiles of your employees, you’ve created something special that feels less like a convenience store and more like a home away from home.
I honestly prefer to do my grocery shopping at your locations over any big-box chain. The quality, the freshness, and the thought you put into every detail — from your dairy section to your ready-to-eat meals — make it clear that you care about your customers. It’s a simple kind of excellence that speaks volumes.
My only disappointment is that your stores aren’t available down south — in Oklahoma, Georgia, and other areas I often travel to. As someone who moves around a lot, I find myself missing Kwik Star every time I’m away. There’s a sense of nostalgia and comfort tied to your brand that no other store quite captures. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I visit — full of wonder, excitement, and appreciation.
I sincerely hope you’ll consider expanding into the southern and southeastern regions. There are countless people who would appreciate what you’ve built just as much as I do. Thank you for being a bright spot in every town you serve — your dedication truly stands out, and it’s noticed by people like me who look forward to every visit.

“Kwik Star has such a great vibe, like when you're on a road trip and see that large store in a small town that reminds you of an oasis in the desert. They have really good prices on stuff (some even beat grocery store prices) and they cook up a great selection of foods for their food bar. Staff has always been friendly and helpful too. Love this place!”

“Stopped at this Casey's for the first time this past Wed. for a cup of coffee for the road. The place was pretty busy, but I was able to get in and out quickly with my fresh coffee from beans. (A Casey's staple.) Here I am, enjoying it with a great road song.”

“My online order didn't print out for my order so there was a little mix up when my wife went in to pick it up, the cook an the manager did a great job dealing with the mix up and even compt my cheese sticks for the mix up. Great service.”

“Why don’t they advertise their E88 prices? They’re the cheapest in the Polk County area. - $0.11 off a gallon with fuel saver card. No signing up. Have to pay in advance. Good thing is, if you pay for $25 (for example) & only use $20, your card will only get charged $20. Bathrooms are clean.”

“I am writing about the Asian store opposite or next to hyvee here. They have a good amount of basics rice noodles, rice, indian lentils, mochi, rice paper, meat, sauce, veggies, fish cakes, nori sheets. The place is run by a Korean. The store smells of paint or varnish because there’s painting going on and renovation taking place. Shop keepers seem friendly. It’s growing and they stock up new things every so often with Asian kitchen items such as portable stove, ladles, teapots.”

“The model of what all Casey's should be like. The parking lot and store are clean, everything is well-stocked, nothing is broken for days, and most everyone there is kind, helpful, and Not a Jerk. In fact, I'll go out of my way to go to this Casey's, they're so awesome. Oh! And I don't get charged $.63 for ice water bc I buy other things there. You know, things that *aren't* a little ice and tap water.”

“Love this pharmacy! The staff is always so kind, any pharmacy you go to there’s typically a wait and they always do their best to get my stuff out to me as fast as they can.”
“Casey's at 36th and Irvinedale Dr. is pretty much our go to convenience store. On this occasion, we ordered a medium Taco Pizza online, and were told it would be done in 20 min. (note... On busy weekends during FB season, we've waited 45 min, so plan accordingly.) I got there a few minutes early and the lady said my pizza would be out of the oven in a cpl minutes. While I was waiting, I took note of the coffee station, as I often stop at this very same place for morning coffee. The place was SPOTLESS as usual (pics). Now for the pizza. We're usually deep dish pizza people, but for Taco Pizza, Casey's nails it with a thinner doughy crust. We love it. Hope too that management reads this and takes note that a customer appreciated the cleanliness of the store!”

I just dial up herb site order, MEGAN will customize the wrap the way I want it, in a matter of minutes, brings it out to my truck! Quite great service. I appreciate the extra help! “I got gas and paid at the pump, so I can't attest to in store. Here's what I do know. I hate answering 50 questions when I pay at the pump. It's Iowa and it's cold out- Just give me my gas! I wish the pump could hear me, because he would just give me my gas. I'm usually rude to the pump, because I am freezing my a$$ off answering questions. Just give me gas after I pay. Please”
“Super convenient location at the intersection of 18th and Ankeny boulevard. The store and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly! They do have a few RedBox's out front which is super convenient. This is one of the few stations that offers E85 fuel which is nice if your vehicle uses the Flex Fuel! Prices are competitive with other area gas stations.”
