Justin the manager was fair to negotiate with and very personable. The whole process was simple and not drawn-out. The CR-V itself is an amazing vehicle. I recently completed a 3500 mile road trip to Acadia (highly recommend), and I had zero issues throughout the trip.”
“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

Ford builds crap products. Have a 2020 Ford Edge. At 50K miles transmission went out. At 66K miles the rear drive unit went out along with get two oil leaks on the engine repaired. Hadn’t owned a Ford since 1990. They were crap back then. Thought after 30 years they had to improve. Wrong! When this one nears the end of the extended warranty it’ll be gone and replaced with a quality brand.”

So nice, professional, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with! We bought a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid and a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them in 3 weeks. The Palisade was ordered through another dealer in February and they never updated me on status. After buying the 2025 Kia from Jason, I asked if he could get me the Palisade. He had it in a week (compared to the other dealer who could not supply it in 3.5 months). I dread dealing with car dealers, but Jason and Diana at McGrath make it so easy and enjoyable! “Huge shout out to the staff at AutoZone on Mt. Vernon Rd., especially Jay! I brought in my car to have my battery replaced after a late winter storm killed it. My battery had gotten so corroded it wouldn’t come out! Jay worked hard to get through the corrosion and eventually had to replace the clamp just to get it out. LIFESAVER! I genuinely don’t know what I would have done if I needed to have my vehicle towed, and I am so grateful that Jay saved my day - and my wallet. The entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. “This past fall my vehicle was totaled in a car accident. Without any hesitation I chose Cassill Collision Center, despite it being out of the responsible parties insurance network, to do the damage assessment. I received outstanding customer service. Onna got me into a rental the same day, took the time to explain the entire process and answered my many questions, and she even printed my kids multiple coloring pages to keep them busy while we took care of the car stuff. Derek did a great job communicating and keeping my updated on the progress and process. When the responsible parties Insurance company recieved the final assessment from Cassill, the insurance adjuster told me that it was the most thorough, detailed, and organized assessment that he had seen in his 16+ years of working in Insurance. My car was deemed a total loss. As a single mom, I didn't want to be pressured into spending outside of my budget and I wanted someone who would meet me where I was at and help advocate for me, and that's exactly what Krissi did. Krissi helped me find a safe, reliable car for me and my two kids, well within my budget the same day. I was able to turn in the rental vehicle I was using from Cassill Collision Center when I purchased my new car from Krissi. I had my two young kiddos with me in for the entire process, and Krissi went above and beyond, as well as the rest of the incredible crew at Cassill, to make us all feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued. Krissi had crafts for my kids, the staff turned on some shows for them to watch in their incredibly convenient playroom, we ate our McDonald's lunch in their dining area, and when it was time to go, they sent us with goodie bags, freshly popped popcorn and balloons and a lot of reassurance to reach out if we needed anything at all. Crystal made all the paperwork and payment process painless and easy. She was so incredibly organized and did a great job explaining the whole process. Krissi reached out and checked in within the week after we purchased and has been great at answering my questions when they've popped up. I cannot express it enough how Krissi and the staff at Cassill Motors and Cassill Collision Center took one of the most stressful events and made it into such a positive expierence. Called Ingles Auto Body, they had me stop in that day looked over the scratch gave me an estimate and time frame .
