“I recently moved back to Cedar Rapids and noted a scraping noise under my Corolla chassis when traveling over bumpy roadways. Peeking under the vehicle, there was a large component hanging down which turned out to be a splash shield (who knew?). Having purchased the Corolla at Cedar Rapids Toyota back in 2009 and subsequently serviced at this location, I gave the service department a call and brought in the vehicle for repair. Erick did an excellent job getting me taken care of and the repair was completed the same day for a small charge. A leaking tire valve stem was also replaced which stopped the tire pressure warning light from appearing on the vehicle dashboard. Thanks for the great service.”

“I had my car in for a tiny dent and some scratches. They were able to fix the dent. They did forget a couple scratches but it was easily missed because of the rain but I brought it back and they are able to take care of me right away. Great customer service! I would return.”

He got almost all OEM parts price matched with what insurance would cover, and worked with me to order a used OEM fender that could not be price matched and was not available new from the manufacturer. “I've never had a bad experience with this store.They are always willing to help and be patient with me as half the time I don't know what I need. Tonight they went above and beyond. We live 45 minutes away, and last minute I needed a $17 part. Without this part, I wouldn't have been able to go to work the next day. My husband called to have it set aside for me. I told him that I was going to be 10 minutes late, he told that to the guy at o'reilly's and he stated he would stick around. I managed to make it there 3 minutes after closing and Ethan still went above and beyond to serve me in a positive mood although as I was talking to him, he stated, it was a very busy and not so great day. I apologized many times as i just mafr his day even longer and all he cared about was making sure I had a vehicle and that I made it there safely. So thank you Ethan! You my friend deserve a raise!”

“I cannot say enough about how great the service was. I got sideswiped by a semi truck that morning and it ruined my trailer tire. After picking up two new tires, I drove to Linn Co-op to see if they could put them on for me (Linn was recommended by another tire shop in town because they couldn’t get me in until the afternoon). Not only did they drop what they were doing to put the tires on, they didn’t even charge me for doing so. His response “You’ve had a bad enough day already, I am not going to charge you.” If I am ever in town again, they will definitely get my business.”

“Had a big scratch on the side of my pick up. Called around town to the "bigget" companies and had a three month wait. Called Ingles Auto Body, they had me stop in that day looked over the scratch gave me an estimate and time frame . They were on time and matched the paint perfectly, I was worried that you'd be able to notice the color difference, but they blended in it and clear coated the whole side of the bed of the truck.. it looks perfect.. thank you for you professional service.Service: Painting”
