“We used Quality Auto for our brand new car. Went in for a quote after going through a construction site having small rocks and cement hitting the car in the construction site. They gave us a quote. We contacted the road construction manager, and their insurance covered the cost of the damage. They communicated with our rental car service as well making sure the rental service knew when they would be done with the work on our car. “I use Ream every time the need arises. They always go above and beyond. But this time was extraordinary. Insurance was a stressful nightmare after a tree fell on my Jeep. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. Five stars isn't enough to express my satisfaction.”

“I've been using these guys over a year now for various projects and I'm always impressed with the quality and speed of their work. They say in body work, you can choose 2 of the following 3 options and find a shop: Quality Work, Quick Turnaround, & Inexpensive Cost. Palo Auto Body is all 3 of these options. When you go here, there is another shop on the other side of the road by a very similar name so don't go there by mistake (no experience with them - they might be good, too) but keep going all the way to the end of the road and you won't be disappointed!”

Traveled up, signed paperwork and was on my way, while they were in the middle of snow and super cold. Everyone was super friendly, communication was fast and great. They were honest. “Best experience I have ever had with an auto parts store. My car started to idle rough and the check engine light came on. Jay came out and ran a diagnostic for the check engine light. After running the codes, Jay was able to use past experience with my make and model to recommend the most common fix.Afterwards, Jay and Jordan came out to listen to my car idle and help better diagnose the issue. After hearing a loud airflow noise, they were able to pinpoint the issue to a melted hose coupler. Jordan was able to easily replace the coupler and the idling was fixed.The two of them went above and beyond and likely saved me hundreds of dollars from a repair shop with what was a simple fix. The two of them are outstanding employees and I recommend this store to all. They have earned a customer for life and I want to thank the two of them for putting me back on the road.”

The store seems nice, and is better than the one further south in CR by a mile. The employees there have an attitude and acted like it was unreasonable for me to ask one of them to come ring me up after I found the filter I was looking for.”

Called Ingles Auto Body, they had me stop in that day looked over the scratch gave me an estimate and time frame .
