“My landlord was providing me with imon internet for the last 3 years and it was great! So great, that when i found out my landlord was no longer providing the internet, i signed up with imon myself. They had a great promotion going on too. They sent out a guy named NICK from CABLE PRO the next day and he set everything up like a “PRO!” Get it? Cause he works for CABLE PRO lol anyways i already had an ethernet cable but this guy made me a new one from scratch for free!!! Now talk about customer satisfaction! Give my mans a raise! For real”

Not only did Joe help me make informed decisions on getting my new phone, but I had a blast, and we had a lot of laughs doing so. Lol I had an 11pro max with no more memory that was running super slow and affecting my ability to do quick business. He brought me up to speed with technology and also helped me make informed decisions on accessories for my phone - I ended up getting a wallet case, car charging attachment that goes on your air vent, and one for my room that is also a magnetic type deal that charges through the case. Also got protectors for my screen and cameras. Everything has been flawless including the process of transferring things over and getting the phone set up - I couldn’t be happier. “Kane was AMAZING!! 10/10 stars for him!! Saved my day, was easy to work with, and made sure I understood my plan and all the changes since I switched carriers! I was however disappointed, because I ended up replacing the screen on my old phone to ensure all the data got off of it properly, so I came back the next day to have my data transferred and was told by Ava that I’d be charged 30 dollars to transfer the data when I had just bought this phone from them the day prior. I completely understand Ava was simply telling me the policy so I don’t blame her for it, it was still disappointing to find out they were going to charge me to transfer data to a phone I paid them for!
In total- 4/5, very happy with Kane and my phone however disappointing to find out they would charge me $30 to transfer data from my old phone to the new one (which I bought from this exact store) only a day later.”

“Mediacom is not perfect, but most cable/ISP companies aren’t. I’m generally happy with their consistent service (I work from home and rely on their internet). But I have had to call in twice in the past couple weeks regarding outages. I’ve talked to the techs on the street (climbing the poles) and their on and offshore tech support and have always felt like I was treated well. But with their first line of customer service (American-based representatives) it’s hit or miss. The first time I called a couple weeks ago, the rep cold-transferred me into the tech support queue with a ten-minute wait time (I don’t mind the wait but let me know). When I called yesterday about a problem the rep didn’t understand what a ticket number was, and then finally transferred me to tech support, who took care of all my issues in 2 minutes. I have seen this before with other companies- American-based customer service reps just don’t understand what customer service means. In a time where jobs are hard to come by, it boggles my mind!”
