“I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire. The entire process was seamless and simple. When I went to price out new tires, Kyle the salesman was incredibly helpful. After talking, I decided to go with them, and at the last minute, Kyle said he might be able to find a cheaper, just as good tire. He did some work on his computer and found a set that was $75 per tire cheaper than I expected, which I was very happy about! When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and courteous. They kept coming out to update me on the process and told me about my car and tires. Overall, it was a seamless, smooth process, and I really enjoyed it!”

“Fast, friendly, helpful, & professional staff at this Firestone location, unlike the 22nd Street WDM location. My last visit for four new tires at the 22nd St location was crazy! While I waited for my tires to be put on, the employee behind the counter, seemed & sounded to me, to be having a marriage counseling session, on Firestones dollars, with two females that came in obviously to speak with him, & not for any business related reasons. Needless to say, I will only go where the Firestone employees are there to do "their job", & not to get paid to utilize their employers business for their personal counseling sessions.”
“Great experience when we had a broken valve on a Sunday afternoon. They were extremely busy and loaned me a jack to remove the tire in the parking lot as the one in the car was missing. Left the tire and they put it on the next day. Would recommend them for any of your tire needs.”
