“All 4 of my tires were extremely low due to frigid temperatures. The maintenance man (Dave) put air in all 4 tires in -30 temperatures. He told me to stay in my car & keep warm. I was so grateful, I tried to pay him & his response was give it to charity. Now that’s service. Kwik Star is the best!!!

“Had a wonderful experience at 1738 Casey's in Adel on October 17th,2022. I ordered pizzas 3 hours ahead of time. Got to the store right as they pulled them out (note: time requested). Had a few other items on the counter for the register that was workin. She was so patient and kind with me as I went to grab my pipping hot delicious pizzas. When I got back to her counter I checked the pizzas. I asked her about more marina sauce cups for my bread sticks and she was more then happy to get me more. Great job!!”
“I don't know much about this specific store but I do know that Alyx in the kitchen is fantastic. She handled a special order sandwich better than any kwik trip/star employee I have ever dealt with!!!”
“They could have more people at the registers in the morning since it is always so busy. But other than that? Can't complain. They usually have what me and my husband are going in to get.”

“This is an amazing gas station that has served me, my friends, and former McDonald's Manager Schelly Hedges very well. Back in the day we'd come here every single night after work. One of the only remaining 24-hour establishments post-covid. I am unaware of his name, but this obese employee was always very nice and attentive. I believe he still works there as I visit still every now and again.”
“Extremely clean store, vast selection, and some great apparel items as well as tons of other things. Very friendly staff. I can't wait till they get to California.”

“I store here almost every morning. Staff is great and Kiya (think I spelled it correctly) is the absolute best. I don’t eat pork and she goes out the to make me a burrito with out it. Thanks so much yall are awesome”
“This is my first experience at this location. I’m staying at the hotel next door so I’ve made at least three visits. Each visit was a pleasant experience.
The lady behind the counter, with the glasses, was very nice and had excellent customer skills.
The store was clean, well stocked and had a few good deals on beverages. I didn’t get a chance to purchase anything from coffee shop next door, but if I get motivated I’ll try it out.
I did buy two drinks (pictured) that are supposed to be an in-house brand. I’ll update this review about the drinks once I try them.”

“I have to say, I tried the Kum & Go burritos recently. I had their pork one first and wow it was VERY GOOD. I just now bought and tried the fresh made ChoriCheezo breakfast burrito and man are they killing it with these burritos. There's mexican restaurants I've been to that didn't have this much flavor. I'm a sucker for a well priced flavor bomb and K&G is doing a phenomenal job. Oh, yeah don't forget your salsa verde - VERY GOOD flavor and just the right amount of spice that makes your want another bite. K&G can someone let me know which salsa brand that is?

“Overall, a great a service station. The gas prices were on par with the going rate in Iowa, bathrooms were clean, and there's an Arby's attached to it. They have a huge selection of stuffed animals/lovies for the little ones and fountain drinks, snacks, and hot pizza.The location is nice because it less busy than the Des Moines stations. Plus, it has some green space to let the kiddos and/or pups move around a bit.”

“I had the most amazing experience with the staff at this Casey’s! We ordered 35 pizzas for the football team, and these guys had all the pizzas boxed and ready when I arrived for pick up. They even helped load my car. The four employees wore smiles, greeted me and went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer! Paul delivered exceptional service when I called the order in too. This store is blessed to have these employees! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you Casey’s for supporting Waukee Football!”
