“I was nervous to get my first mobility aid and I had to practice how to walk with a cane in the isle haha, there was wonderful lady that came to ask me if I needed help or if I had any questions I could ask her or the pharmacy staff. She came by a second time and showed me more canes and told me how convenient they were, she made me feel happy and safe from the way she was talking to me and easing me from my worries of being a first time cane user. Wonderful people and wonderful pharmacy!”

“It’s a pretty decent Sam’s Club, it can be very packed on weekends so be prepared, yet I come here with friends for low cost gas, some bulk items, & their really good inexpensive pizza slice combo. Their price is just as good as an NYC price…yet not exactly the same flavor. The cafe needs ranch, salt, garlic, pepper & marinara for customers yet otherwise it’s good! Planing to get a membership now, as it’s worth it.”

“If you are looking for a great pharmacy this is it! They are fast and the staff are very friendly!! Plus if you have allergies and are paying $12 to $30 for allergy medication I buy our generic Claritin 100 pills for $5 to $6! That's right I said $5 to $6 plus they have generic Zyrtec 90 pills for $20 that's not all the good deals check them out I guarantee you will be glad you did! Just a FYI they are closed on the weekend.”

“I see customers being rude, and granted, prescriptions are stressful, but the employees have always been helpful/restrained. I call ahead and try to make sure they (Rx) are ready just to eliminate wait times for myself and others. “If we can’t make payments at customer service anymore can you have more than one checker? Line of 6 very full carts and I have to wait behind them to make a payment on my credit card? Since there was 1 family at customer service, can the 1 of the 2 people behind customer service go check out some people? This isn’t a one time thing This happens every time I’m there. You encourage the self check out but I can’t make a payment on my card there. It doesn’t even matter because the self checkouts get backed up too because people are waiting to be ID for alcohol.”

“Very fast, efficient, and very friendly staff. Glad to have my prescriptions sent to a Walmart pharmacy. However, Walmart pharmacy needs to update their software and system. There is a situation, which I'm sure is not just my situation. When a customer gives the technician their name and date of birth, there should be one main screen that alerts the technician if a prescription has been already filled and wait at that location for the customer to pickup even before the customer tells them to fill a prescription or one is being picked up. The Walmart software and systems are not doing that. Please check into that so no other customers experience the problem I had. Or train the technicians to do a thought check when a customer gives their name and date of birth. This situation happened at the Walmart Pharmacy Southwest Cedar Rapids, IA, between 7/20/2026 and 8/12/2026. Thanking you in advance..”
