“This shop cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and treated fairly. Wes and the woman at the front desk could not have been nicer when I hit a deer. I went to one other shop prior to Stivers for an estimate and did not get a good feeling of trust from them - then I came to Stivers and could tell that they are trustworthy people. Wes called, emailed, or left a voicemail every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on the progress and timeline of my vehicles repair. That is un-matched customer service. Wes is the reason I went to Stiver's for my repair and he will be the reason I return if I have another collision.”
