“Lund Motors was trustworthy and cheaper than most shops. I feel if you do a good job and treat the customer good, then they will come back. We keep coming back if that tells you anything!”

“Terry was great! He was very helpful, communicative, and was able to give me a great pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at. Given I live out-of-state, I was pretty nervous about making sure this was the car for me, and Terry was beyond helpful with his detailed inspection. The seller said he was very friendly and easy to work with as well! I appreciate him for all his help!”

“My Toyota was struggling. They ran a diagnostic and showed what was needed from immediate to sometime in the next few months. Oil changes and tire rotations are great but finding a good mechanic that can find and fix problems and give you some timelines meant a lot to me. The best part was how fast they worked. My car would have been out for a week at some of the other garages but these guys knocked it out within 24 hours - a huge relief with my chaotic schedule. The Willard’s are the best. I won’t go anywhere else.”

“Fantastic service! Walk-in free estimate and they got me scheduled quickly. The work they did was great and a fraction of the price of what other estimates were. I’ll definitely go back here again!”

“Stopped in and got my oil changed yesterday. I was so impressed by the friendliness of the crew, cleanliness of the shop, and speed of service! Adam (I believe was his name) greeted me at my door and was so kind and helpful. He made the experience a 10 out of 10! He said it was his last day there. I hope that the location can continue with the level of service he provided! I would highly recommend this location, and Adam especially, to anyone needing an oil change! He was so honest, kind, and polite. I was very impressed. Made a routine task very enjoyable.”

“Danny Henderson was an extremely helpful and communicative salesman. I had some issues on my end of things in which he was very understanding and nice to me. Took me seriously and did not judge/make assumptions which I’ve had issues with in the past for large purchases. Sent pictures, videos, and did anything requested after I had test drove and left the dealership. Answered all my questions he could and was honest with what he didn’t know, at least as far as I’m aware as he did look something up in-front me before just BSing/gaslighting/making something up. I’d recommend him to anyone and will absolutely reach out to him, no matter where I live, when I decide to get a car along side my others. Will update in with how the actual car is doing.”

“Started using United Fleet in Waukee about a year ago when our business moved to the area. The guys that work here are awesome! Have yet to find anything they can’t fix and they’re honest, don’t overcharge and are quick.”

“I have bought 4 vehicles here in the last 4 months. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and their willingness to make sure you are taken care of. I have personally watched them take the extra steps needed to satisfy customers that were not 100% happy with their service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. As long as you have reasonable expectations you will not be let down. Tell them Bruce sent you!”

“I've been taking my cars there for 3 years now. Very good workmanship on the vehicles. They let you know if they found something that needs fixed, but they don't just come up with more stuff to charge you more. Their prices are great too.”

“Camron, was so helpful in helping me and telling me what’s the best oil to use in my car. I am so very grateful for there kindness and compassion for keeping me safe on the roads. They also notified me and told me, that I really needed to get a rotation done on my car so that my tires can evenly distribute the wear on them. I was happy that there team was safe and fast to get me in to get what I need done. I highly recommend going to them for all my problems on my car. Thank you, Camron and there team so very much.”

“Chris treated me with the care of a family member. He checked in frequently and made sure I understood the expected costs up front. My dog, Sammy, even liked him! When my bill came in under what I was expecting to pay, why that just may my day a little brighter. Nice team all around. I highly recommend this GATR.”
