“Went to see about getting some damage to the drivers door. They were more than fair on price. Every one was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend Jacobsen auto body to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“I've only visited once, but had a great experience! My mom blew her master cylinder in her Ford Edge. We needed it replaced ASAP, and this was the only parts store that had it on hand. My mom called ahead and spoke to an employee (I believe his name was Kyle), at least 2 times through the day. When I arrived to grab the part, Kyle already had it out and ready to go. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. He found the correct part, exactly what we needed, no issues! I really appreciate the kindness and help during a stressful repair project!”

“I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for the last 4 to 5 years for all my basic maintenance—from Hondas, Toyotas, and Fords, to routine oil changes, tire rotations, and installations. For the majority of that time, the core team has been the same familiar faces, and they have consistently served my needs and done the work well.

Because of this positive history, I want to give this team the benefit of my trust. The shop lately has been packed and seemingly overbooked, and the frontline staff are clearly maneuvering well under high pressure. This feedback is offered constructively to highlight a recent structural gap in workflow and communication that I hope management can address.

On my recent visit for four new tires, I requested the TPMS sensors be left as they were since the system was functioning perfectly. Following the installation, the valve stem caps were missed and quickly returned when mentioned, and the TPMS light began flashing the next day.

Resolving this brought to light an operational bottleneck that seems new for this shop:
Inconsistent Information: I received different explanations on consecutive days regarding whether the sensors were mismatched or if a single one was faulty.

Time Management: An estimated 40-minute replacement turned into a 2.5-hour wait before the work was initiated, without any intervening status updates.

The onsite team is managing a heavy workload, but there is a clear opportunity here for management to better support this veteran staff by streamlining communication and refining time estimates. Better organizational support would allow this great team to maintain the high standard of service they’ve delivered for years. I genuinely wish this team the best and trust to see structural improvements implemented so overall performance becomes streamline.”
