“I know that not everyone is completely happy with their Hy-Vee pharmacy- however, I use the Waukee location, and they have been excellent for the past 9-10 years I've been going to them. I suffer horribly from chronically acute pain, and they never judge me, they simply fill it, and give it to me. Deidre is my favorite, and there's a young man named Nathan/or Nathaniel, and he's extremely nice ?? I recommend this location, especially if you have to go through pain management; mostly because they don't have you waiting all damn day for your pain relief. “I love this pharmacy! The staff is amazing. They fill scripts quickly, and have the option of a 24/7 kiosk pickup, as well as a drive thru. They are frequently busy at the times you would expect (right after work, lunch, etc.), but this never stops them from providing excellent customer service.”

“Everytime I call in a prescription, it is ready within minutes. It is charged to my card on file and my husband picks it up. So easy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I switched to this specialty pharmacy when the other took 5 days to fill a prescription and ran out of ingredients. I have never had this issue here. Plenty of free parking including handicap. Other services provided but I have never used include weight loss and testosterone clinics.”
“I ordered food and balloons for my daughter's Baby shower. I received a lot of compliments on how great the food was. I ordered on-line and everything was ready at the selected pick-up time. The gentleman that helped me walked me to each department to make sure I had all of my order. There was an area for special instructions which I could've stated I wanted delivery. I found that out after the fact. Delivery would have been way more convenient. I had the balloons delivered but I ordered via phone and delivery was offered. I had a good experince”
“Simply put, Adel Health Mart is the BEST pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for a little over a year and I’m always met with a smiling face, someone to explain my meds, and FAST fills! I recently had an insurance change and had to pay out of pocket for my full med fills. They worked to use coupons to keep my costs low and were so kind and understanding regarding my budget. I love that they know many customers by name and are happy to answer ANY silly question I have.”

“My parents asked me to check if they had any prescriptions ready. I went in and gave them names and DOB and they told me they had nothing, they asked if they should have something. I told her I wasn't sure. So they were willing to help, had I needed more help. I just didn't know what I needed, story of my life. This store is a much need little gem very convenient to Grimes and Granger.”

“If you're looking for a special place where traditional/western medicine meets natural/alternative medicine, look no further. Upon entering you will notice the cool, techy looking pharmacy in the back but also the walls of essential oils, books, crystals, and rocks. One of the pharmacists, Sue Horton, is a pleasure to work with. I had a really phenomenal experience with her- very personable, took the time, really felt like we connected and she cared. I ordered professional grade CBD oil through Sue. Additionally, they have an infrared sauna and ionic foot detox available for use for $1/ minute.”

“I’m traveling for work and came down with the flu pretty suddenly! The teledoc called 2 scripts into this store (in target on Mills Civic). I noticed on the CVS app they only had one script and called - at 15 minutes to close. Annie answered and was so helpful! She said she’d call the teledoc and try to get that second med. she said as long as she got it by 8pm/close she’d fill it so I didn’t have to wait! She was great and really seemed to care about getting me the meds I needed without waiting overnight.”

Even though they are super busy, they still take the time to listen to questions and get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. The technician, Gideon, has helped me out.on several occasions as I have had to use GoodRx with several medications that were not covered by my insurance, and with fixing an issue when there was a mix up on the amount of medication filled.”

She was very polite, professional, patient and had a very pleasant attitude.The first time, the photo did not meet all the Checks for US passport. She was patient and kind enough to capture my photo for a second time, and this time it satisfied all the checks.There were quite a few customers waiting for the passport photos, but she never lost her cool.
