“Joining a gym can be a stressful step in your journey to be healthy. Walnut Creek makes that step easy to take. Walnut Creek YMCA provides many options to explore. I, personally, have tried the Active Older Adult class (cardio and light weight), deep water aerobics class, Tai Chi class, and step class. I have also utilized their E gym weight program and relaxed in the sauna! Truthfully there is so much more I would like to try. Every class has been taught by a highly qualified instructor, whom seamlessly shows multiple levels of exertion. I appreciate the obvious planning and love put into each class. That first step into the YMCA was the smartest move I could have made for my health. Kudos to their team.”
