Old Navy in West Des Moines offers fashion for the whole family, from maternity wear to clothing for women, men, and kids. The store has an excellent variety of well-made yet affordable clothing, with a good selection and lots of sales offering good prices. The location is convenient with good parking, and the interior is well laid out. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, contributing to a nice atmosphere. However, the store can be very busy and disorganized on weekends, requiring customers to hunt for sizes among rummaged racks. Some service inconsistencies are noted, such as a lack of assistance on the floor.
Went black Friday shopping. Bathrooms were disgusting.
