“I usually stop here and get gasoline for my trip to Arkansas to see my parents and siblings unfortunately this past weekend I stopped to fill up and they had no electricity and the pumps were not working the note on the door stated that they wood be on in a hour so I just hung out for an hour and a half playing catch with my dog Rojas ?. The pumps were still down when I left the station hoping to make it to a place to get some gasoline beings my car was very near empty indicating that I only had 1 gallon of fuel ⛽ left to empty / 25 miles thank goodness it was my luck to find a fuel ⛽ stop ✋ before it reached the empty. Maybe it will be back on line the next trip to Arkansas”
“Absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone of the reviews ( that I have read so far) are TOTALLY ON POINT. This has become 1 of MY & my finance’s FAVORITE places to stop @ when we are in the area.
The SHOWERS……. What can I SAY? They are most DEFINITELY ROOMY, have EXCELLENT water pressure, hot water temp is not ONLY HOT, but STAYS that way throughout the shower( & for a teams &/or solos, that is most DEFINITELY IMPORTANT), ACTUALLY come with 2 bath towels, a Hand cloth, a BATH MAT ( CLOTH version, NOT the paper kind), & a HAND towel. Employees there ( from MY experience are not ONLY FRIENDLY, but they DO go out of their way to ensure the customer HAS every they need.
Oh, & did I mention the service @ Iron Skillet? Y’all, LET me SHARE w/ U ( YES, it MAY be a LITTLE pricey for SOME, but I PROMISE you, the portions are WELL WORTH it?)- Ya’ll NEED to go see Carrie & the gang ( & YES, Carrie IS 1 of those characters that, like my fiancé & I , HAS a sense of HUMOR) & experience TRUE Southern Hospitality.
Will we return again? Just try & stop us ?”

“It's nice to have a *CONVENIENCE STORE" this far into the Downtown area, but it has its pros & cons... Literally!
Sometimes ya get excellent service, other times, eehh, not so much.
But I promise this, if you walk into "SOOKIES" wit a b¡tch @ss attitude an start dissin folks an bein loud Shelia an/or Raj or they workers or a patron of the store will run yo @ss off, might even put they foot in yo @ss.
Don't even think ya can pull a fast one by havin "five finger discount" on em either cause they quick to take a pic an call the law. Loiterin an/or solicitin should be avoided, Raj quick to call the five-oh bout that.
Watch out wit the "AMUSEMENT" machines they got, cause them b¡tches will eat everthing green that may be in ya pockets, wallet, & purse so buy what gots to be bought FIRST, then play ya lil games...
Ya might even find somethin you didn't even know you needed.

“We're grateful for Adam, Patricia and Jenny and their incredible hospitality and kindness. We were in a hard spot with vehicle trouble. They were welcoming and patient as we had a large group of us from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints were there for a few hours. “Very good and friendly service! Well managed. The food they offer is very good for a small operation. Chicken strips and drumsticks, burritos, french fries, potato wedges, and a few others to choose from. Prices for gasoline are fair. This is a privately owned convenience store and not a chain. “It's not the biggest gas station but it sure has everything you need. Gas is always priced good from here plus it's a clean place to pump gas at. The inside is like most convenience store but they also have fresh pizza as well. Great selection of jerky and cold drinks”

“the BEST gas station ever!! Let’s start with the cleanliness. The parking lot, store, and bathrooms always look AMAZING! I appreciate a store that cares about how it looks cleanliness wise. The gas prices are always one of the lowest in town! Their pricing is better than most gas station on their items as well. Can we talk about the manager and cashiers though? The SWEETEST people i’ve ever met in my entire life. I would sit and talk to the manager for hours if I could, she’s so funny! “As a frequent traveler and loyal customer of Pilot Flying J, I've come to rely on their travel centers for clean restrooms, hot showers, and reliable fuel pumps. But lately, I've started to notice something that's been bothering me: the incredible amount of work the maintenance team does, and the stark contrast with how they seem to be treated and paid.
Every time I stop at a Pilot, the first thing I notice is the cleanliness of the facilities. Whether it's the bathrooms, the coffee station, or the seating areas, everything is always spotless. I see the maintenance staff constantly at work—mopping floors, cleaning up spills, and restocking supplies. They are the true backbone of the operation, ensuring that the travel center is a welcoming and comfortable place for weary travelers like myself.
However, I've also noticed that these hard-working individuals are often in the background, almost invisible. They're not at the cash register, they're not the ones serving coffee, and they're not the ones getting the high-fives from managers. Instead, they're the ones silently and tirelessly making sure that everything is in working order.
This disparity becomes even more apparent when you look at the customer surveys Pilot Flying J sends out. I've received countless emails and texts asking me to rate my experience. And what do these surveys focus on? The cleanliness of the bathrooms, the condition of the showers, and the functionality of the fuel pumps. All of these questions are directly related to the work of the maintenance team.
It's a bizarre disconnect. The company uses the results of the maintenance team's hard work to gauge its overall success, yet it seems to completely overlook the people who are responsible for that success. It's as if Pilot Flying J wants to take credit for a clean, well-maintained facility without giving credit to the people who are actually doing the work.
As a customer, I believe that the quality of my experience is a direct reflection of the effort put in by the maintenance staff. They are the unsung heroes of every Pilot Flying J I visit. It's time for the company to recognize their value, pay them a fair wage, and give them the credit they deserve. After all, a clean and well-maintained travel center is what keeps customers like me coming back, and that's all thanks to the maintenance team.

“I myself live very close to this location, I work near as well. All of the employees are extremely nice & very helpful. All of the times I’ve visited they been beyond amazing. I’ve grabbed breakfast several times, along with lunch. Casey’s at this location is 100%. Also, the thin crust pizza is the best & all of the employees take pride in their service. I’ll always be a patron of this location, all of the staff should get a raise.”

“The other evening I had gotten overcharged due to a error with the card reader. I hadn't noticed when it happened at 9:18p.m. the following day I realized what had happened. I went in and asked for a manager. That is when I met William. I explained what had happened and he was aware of the card reader errors. He went in and pulled up my receipt and made it right even though I didn't have a copy of the receipt myself. I have to say I didn't expect them to actually make it right. But William treated me with true respect and made a rough situation very easy. Thank you sir. These folks treat you like a real person and with respect. Excellent customer service.

“Love's Travel Stop is a great convenience store located off Interstate 44. It is our go-to location when traveling between Oklahoma and Missouri.
The store clerks are always friendly and welcoming when passing through. The restrooms are well-maintained and clean.
There is a Hardee's fast food restaurant at this Love's location. Love's also offers a select variety of to-go foods--hot and cold.
This is a busy location, as to be expected when near the border of two states and being a truck stop facility. They do have showers but no trucker's lounge area.
If traveling with pet's be sure to check out their dog park area.
Overall, the convenience in location and friendliness of the staff makes it worth the pit stop when traveling.”
