“Looked great for other animals, but the cat stuff is pretty limited. Not to take anything away from the stores image at all, for barn cat food, etc. it's great, but just letting others know that it's not ideal for domestic/house cats. Will note that everything else was amazing and the entire store experience is fantastic. The free popcorn and live chicks/ducks were so fun.”

“Came in the morning needed supplies for moving. The lady at the counter was nice in assisting which aisle to go to and to price match. A man met me at the aisle to help me find the product, helped bring it to the front, and even offered to bring it to my car. It was raining and he still walked it out for me. Been such a long time since I had exceptional customer service. Thank you!”

“Medium sized home improvement store just east of Woodlawn and Harry. This place has expanded, mainly to highlight their nice selection of Green Egg and Traeger grills as well as their famous section of Stihl products. The rest of the departments are standard where I’ve mostly found what I needed. The Ace ad is the most reliable in the business to always offer at least one great deal I’m into so I grab one anytime I come in. Unfortunately, I’ve received horrible service here many times so this is definitely not one of the top tier Ace locations. I do, however, recommend it for those in the area needing a convenient hardware stop.”

We just smile and say, "Oh well." But it does seem like a poor business practice. I'm speaking of 13th St. Ace Hardware, Wichita, KS.”
“We have bought many bricks and stones from ACME. I LOVE that store and their employees. They helped me lay out my firepit. Then I had an idea for a barnboard fireplace with stone and stone hearth. They were a huge help in designing it and helping me pick out the stones. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Thank you.”
