“If you ever have a problem with your account Carrington is the person you need to go see. Chase closed my card without my notice because they needed additional documentation from me and had apparantly mailed me a letter. I had signed up for paperless billing and never got a notification on my app. I needed to use my card for a weekend trip with my husband and was very confused why my account was closed. The call center told me they could not re-open my card without running my credit again I went in and Carrington fought it out for me on the phone. He didn’t take no for an answer and although we had to talk to multiple people, he got my Account back open! So happy that he was the one helping me today because I think a lot of people in this world would have just taken no for an answer the first time. Great job hiring this employee!”
