“I stopped in tonight to drop off a package and I asked about expected delivery day. Wasn't technically the information I wanted BUT that wasn't UPS or the reps at the location fault. The two gentlemen that were behind the counter were very helpful and educational regarding the delivery. Was very thankful for the information and learned a few new things! He went above and beyond to assist us as a notary, staying late and even guiding us through typing out our handwritten documents on our phones. When our phones were running low on battery, he even recommended we visit the Apple Store and waited for us to return. Eric’s helpfulness and kindness made this visit truly memorable.”

“At first I was upset about being charged a dollar and some change to print my labels while shipping a 40 pound and 10 pound package…..but then I remembered these stores are privately owned franchises. Being a business owner for 17 years I understand you must cover expenses as a small business owner. Good service by the staff here and glad to pay for printing the labels.”
