“Missed my chance at curbside FedEx drop box near my work. This locale was open later so dropped ready PKG here... Nice accommodating service people dropped doing their own thing to help a flood of customers at counter. That impressed me!”
“I should have asked for the gentleman’s name, but he helped me print a return label I had lost and truly just made my day better!! He was extremely accommodating and had an outstanding attitude. I was there around 4:00 PM on 8/26. I will absolutely keep coming back to this location because of the experience I had with him. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves!!!”

“We had to mail out 8 packages today and they had to arrive by Christmas. Tough ask on 12/20 but the team at The Mail Point made it happen. Great customer service and a wonderful easy experience. Looking forward to using them again in the future!”
