“My iPhone had been having issues charging for quite some time until recently it just stopped wanting to charge all together. I was on the verge of buying a new phone which I didn’t want to do, so instead, in desperation I brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. A nice young lady told me it would probably just need a good cleaning. They quoted me at $25 plus tax for the cleaning and said if she couldn’t get it to charge that they wouldn’t make me pay for the service. I left my phone with her and came back about 20 minutes later and to my surprise she cleaned it up and it was charging like brand new again. I almost couldn’t believe how well it was doing after all the trouble I was having with it. I happily paid the cleaning fee and saved myself the headache of needing to buy a new phone. Thank you so much to that kind employee who assisted me with my issue and corrected it. I would highly recommend using this business! Several days later I’m happy to report it’s still doing great and charging like a dream!”

DO NOT GO to the AT&T Store on Quivera Road, I had a guy there completely scam me (told me one thing for a plan, then sold me completely different plans and added phone insurance I didn’t ask for, and didn’t give me any of my account information to be able to get in properly).
These guys however took care of the chaos the other store created and got me sorted out.”

“Great service! My pixel 6 suddenly was popping out of its case. When I took the case out I could tell I needed a new battery.I were able to go to this location on 3 PM on a Tuesday and get a battery repair for $140 after taxes. Was able to go home and wait, finally received a text on my husband's phone that my phone was ready! Super prompt!”
“This summer I upgraded my iPhone and worked with Alana in store who was very efficient and knowledgeable. Several months later I encountered an issue on my bill that had to do with my trade in not being applied against my new phone. Alana fielded multiple phone calls from me to resolve the issue, and continued to follow up with me to ensure the bill was corrected going forward. “I was dreading getting a required SIM card replacement dealt with and was down to the wire on verge of losing service so stopped by this Boost Mobile location with my son today. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others. “Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”
