I called the store on Ward Parkway. Ask them if they had a screen, they did so went out there dropped it off. Amazing job very knowledgeable. I think his name is LOREN did a great job. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. “Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”
