They not only fixed issues but educated me and reviewed my records, suggesting potential offers I would benefit from. The store was well tended, which I can’t say about the authorized retailer I typically use. These guys were friendly, attentive, timely and knowledgeable. Even when dealing with another client whose expectations were they could fix things that have nothing to do with ATT, they politely offered alternative solutions and behaved respectfully to an obviously disrespectful visitor. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”
