“The store that I went to first did not have the screen so the technician said he could order it. It’d be a week or two so he gave me a couple phone numbers from other stores. I called the store on Ward Parkway. Ask them if they had a screen, they did so went out there dropped it off. Amazing job very knowledgeable. I think his name is LOREN did a great job. Highly recommend.”

When I got home I found out there were problems with my phone caused by the backend of AT&T. This was not Erik’s fault at all yet he spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T just to solve my issue. Were I didn’t know it had a wireless charger option. He proceeded to check to see if that worked which it did. Leaving me with no cost since the phone still charges.”
