“Seriously, BEST mailing store EVER. Superior service and kindness EVERY SINGLE TIME. My hubbie and I have been using this store for years and still I am blown away just showing up for a simple Amazon return I needed a little extra assistance with. I would drive extra past other UPS stores just to get to this one. 10 stars!”

“I had a color itinerary booklet printed & stapled here and needed a quick turn around. The quality of print, color saturation and stapling was far better from Print & Ship than from the big box store I had used for a similar project. Very quick response and turn around, excellent quality. Highly recommend!”

“This has one of the best people in the world working at it. My son left his childhood stuffed animal at a hotel in Overland Park. We live on the other side of the country, and we were unable to go back to get it. The hotel adamantly refused to send it to us, leaving my son in tears for weeks. We offered to pay people, called other nearby hotels, and even put an ad on Craigslist. No one was able to help return it to us. While calling around, we reached several FedEx and UPS locations that refused to pick it up for us. When we called this location, Ryan Brewer answered and simply said he’d be happy to help. He didn’t push, didn’t make us feel guilty, and even called the hotel to schedule pickup. My son had been praying every night that his stuffed animal would somehow come back to him. Ryan was kind enough to return it, and my son hasn’t stopped smiling. Ryan is one of the kindest employees I’ve ever met, and I’m incredibly thankful for his willingness to help.”

“I’ve always had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, and they always make the process quick and easy. I’ve used them for shipping, printing, making copies, and other services, and I’ve always been happy with the results. What I appreciate most is how dependable and efficient they are. Even when they’re busy, the staff takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and that you have what you need before you leave. They’re knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help with questions. It’s nice having a place you can count on when you need something shipped or printed without any hassle. I’ve had consistently positive experiences here and will definitely continue using them. Great customer service and a very convenient location. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience with Byron at Multiple Services. It was great to deal with a local company who values even us small customers. Byron was very detailed and knowledgeable and was able to help us not only save time, but money as well. He was also able to automate a lot of our processes which has been a huge benefit for us. We would definitely recommend Multiple Services and would use them again.”

“I needed a poster board type picture of my loved one for his memorial service. I am elderly and don't have a real concept as to how the technology works. The store manager, Shirley, was so patient and helpful. When I picked up the finished product I was so pleased that I had to restrain my tears. Many people would not have cared or really tried to understand what I wanted. That young lady did and I thank her and applaud your company for having her on your team!”

“Once again, Daniel and the front counter staff at the Gregory Distribution Center Post Office came through with excellent customer service and can-do attitude. I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. Daniel checked, the package was in the building, he retrieved it, and I left town two hours later with the package in hand. Thanks!”
