“I went there to get a new Headlight light bulb. I am a senior and know nothing about cars. They young man- red hair- red beard came out to my car took out the old bulb and put the new bulb in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly and helpful. I asked him if I could pay him for installing it and he said no. This might not be a big deal to some, but to me his help was a huge kindfull gesture. Thank you!”
“Was in a jam this week after I installed some new steering components in my Jeep JK. Kept getting death wobble even after reinstalling those new parts just to make sure it was somewhat dialed in, less professional alignment. I looked around and saw some good reviews on Stompers and decided to give them a call. Found them to be supper professional on first contact and they understood my urgency, as this is my DD. They went out of their way to fit me in that same day and not only consult with me about the rig, but actually did the work the same day. And folks, it was true consulting...Jay could have just reinstalled those new parts again, given me an alignment and sent me out the door, but he found the root issue which was being masked by the old parts - my balljoints were toast! Two prices on for $195 with two two years warranty and the other for $222. With a three year warrant! They will install your battery for me, they can look up any parts you need! They can also see if another store has the parts for you, the store is easy to get around,”

“I took my truck to McCarthy's service department to have my radio fixed after another local dealership messed it up and then claimed I needed to buy another radio for it to work again. I explained the issue to the service rep, Jordan, took down all the information and worked with the techs to get it fixed. They were able to reprogram and calibrate the system and have it working again. I will definitely bring my cars back here in the future!”
