Staff was so simple - identified the problem with my stripped holes - found the right screws - then found a ratchet and put them on for me! A-1 customer service. They are always so helpful!”
“I needed a cylinder for a thin market lock, and took my disassembled hardware to them. They took one look, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a replacement cylinder so that I could re-assemble the lock and not have to replace it. They know locks, and they've earned my loyalty.”

“I recently bought a desk at the CityThrift next to Ace Hardware, only to realize it wouldn’t fit in my car. I stopped into Ace, and Darla was incredibly helpful; she let me borrow an Allen wrench to remove the desk legs and figure out the right size. Thanks to her, I was able to buy just the one I needed for only 85 cents instead of a full $35 set (which was more than the desk cost!). She completely saved the day.
