Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave..
I was so excited to go in there that day.. Husband even drove 45 mins out of the way so he could take me.. Staff is EVERYTHING..”
“Wow what a store! They have just about everything you could ever need from an industrial hardware store. It's clean and well kept and many of the staff are very knowledgeable about their departments. I happened to notice they have several Spanish speakers on staff as well which can be helpful. Last time I was in I dealt with one of the managers, I believe his name was Mike. Young guy with a beard, he was a rockstar. Knew where everything on my list was and even managed to help me rig up some piping for a custom DIY I was working on.”
“The staff are always great and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. The aisles are wide so even if busy, it never feels crowded. The store is adjusted clean and well lit. It's a nice place to pop in, grab whatever you need for that day's project and be on your way much faster than at a giant warehouse store.”
“I love this place. It's family owned, and they are so friendly and helpful it reminds me of a small town store. You will probably meet a family member when you walk in. Whatever your project, they can advise on the best way to fix it. For a small store, they usually have what I need.”
“Here is my review that I submitted to Ace Corporate:
Charles greeted my 4 year old daughter and I within the first 30 seconds of entering the store. He quickly offered to help find the battery I was looking for so I could repair my daughter's mermaid watch.
After locating the battery, Charles offered to go on a scavenger hunt in the store to locate a toy plane and win a prize. My daughter is shy, but agreed. We located the toy plane, and my daughter was presented with a sticker, a picture of the Ace toy plane, and was able to pick a prize toy from a bucket during checkout. Maddox was our cashier and he was extremely friendly to my daughter as she sorted through the bucket to claim her prize.
I am touched, as a core memory growing up was going on trips to Ace Hardware on college boulevard as a young kid to get supplies for home projects. I ALWAYS had fun, and it was always an adventure. Now that I'm a father, I am thrilled that the team at Ace made our trip an adventure for my daughter as well!

“If I could give this place six stars I would. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Mission 17 years ago. Kelly and Steve and the rest of the gang are beyond helpful and friendly. The personal attention you receive here is what keeps me coming back. I will avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s at all costs. These guys will ask you what you need and personally walk you there, then talk through troubleshooting on any issues and help solve all your home repair DIY problems. They have saved me time and again, and I cannot recommend them enough!”

They also printed me quite a few spare keys at no extra charge. Skip the big hardware stores and come here for any locks or door handles you need, the people here are great!”

He took a lot of time to help me and I truly appreciate it. Wonderful service.”

“Wish I could give more stars! I don't usually rate places, but I had such a great guest services experience from 3 different employees in the store. One in particular- I can't remember the name of- must of spent 10 minutes talking with me about what different carving tools would be most useful. Some previous reviews mentioned bad guest services/sexist workers, but that just wasnt my experience. Maybe they fired the bad employee.. who knows! I'll be coming back again next time I need woodworking marerials.”
