Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave..

“The staff are always great and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. The aisles are wide so even if busy, it never feels crowded. The store is adjusted clean and well lit. It's a nice place to pop in, grab whatever you need for that day's project and be on your way much faster than at a giant warehouse store.”

“If I could give this place six stars I would. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Mission 17 years ago. Kelly and Steve and the rest of the gang are beyond helpful and friendly. The personal attention you receive here is what keeps me coming back. I will avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s at all costs. These guys will ask you what you need and personally walk you there, then talk through troubleshooting on any issues and help solve all your home repair DIY problems. They have saved me time and again, and I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I needed new screws for my new license plates. Simple - right! After two attempts on my own - I finally asked for assistance. Staff was so simple - identified the problem with my stripped holes - found the right screws - then found a ratchet and put them on for me! A-1 customer service. They are always so helpful!”
“I needed a cylinder for a thin market lock, and took my disassembled hardware to them. They took one look, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a replacement cylinder so that I could re-assemble the lock and not have to replace it. They know locks, and they've earned my loyalty.”

“Wish I could give more stars! I don't usually rate places, but I had such a great guest services experience from 3 different employees in the store. One in particular- I can't remember the name of- must of spent 10 minutes talking with me about what different carving tools would be most useful. Some previous reviews mentioned bad guest services/sexist workers, but that just wasnt my experience. Maybe they fired the bad employee.. who knows! I'll be coming back again next time I need woodworking marerials.”

“Stopped at this location to look for flowers. Before I went in I made one more attempt to call the 800 customer service number to see why I never received any coupons for my birthday. They gave me the same lame excuse from last month and said they were in the mail. There were no carts in the greenhouse and the cashier whom I found out to be Cindy gladly went into the store and brought me a cart. When I went to check out I told her about my problem of never receiving anything in the mail. She looked up my account and realized my address was totally wrong. She corrected it right away. She is a keeper.”
