“The staff are always great and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. The aisles are wide so even if busy, it never feels crowded. The store is adjusted clean and well lit. It's a nice place to pop in, grab whatever you need for that day's project and be on your way much faster than at a giant warehouse store.”

I have been to this location on several times as well as my father. He in an expert Gardner and I am a certified professional Landscape Designer with 10+ years in the industry. I love the bird plant seeds that this location has to offer. However the conversation with the staff is strained and come with a lot of effort as they seem to not really care to discuss the particulars of certain questions regarding their selections.
I am not sure if this is a post-covid issue but it is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. I asked a woman who I was ordering seeds from various questions on some wild flower shade mix. I asked her what the shade time was for the and she acted abrasive and bothersome at the question.
I asked several other questions and received the same response which led me to finish my transaction and leave the store. The next time I think about visiting this store I will consider whether I want to experience poor customer service again.
Parking can be a bit of a bother on the weekends but is usually not an issue if you know the location and are familiar with its surroundings.
The price of items in this location are a bit high and may be mass produced. I mention this because I have found several of the items located here at nearly 25% cheaper at other locations. This may be due to the locations overhead. For the most part I would say that the price can seem high for some things and fairly reasonable for others. Do your market research if money is a priority.
One last thing that I want to bring up is the condition of the floors and the how the transitions from one room to the next can be precarious so use caution if you have mobility issues.”

“If I could give this place six stars I would. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Mission 17 years ago. Kelly and Steve and the rest of the gang are beyond helpful and friendly. The personal attention you receive here is what keeps me coming back. I will avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s at all costs. These guys will ask you what you need and personally walk you there, then talk through troubleshooting on any issues and help solve all your home repair DIY problems. They have saved me time and again, and I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Stopped at this location to look for flowers. Before I went in I made one more attempt to call the 800 customer service number to see why I never received any coupons for my birthday. They gave me the same lame excuse from last month and said they were in the mail. There were no carts in the greenhouse and the cashier whom I found out to be Cindy gladly went into the store and brought me a cart. When I went to check out I told her about my problem of never receiving anything in the mail. She looked up my account and realized my address was totally wrong. She corrected it right away. She is a keeper.”

“I needed a cylinder for a thin market lock, and took my disassembled hardware to them. They took one look, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a replacement cylinder so that I could re-assemble the lock and not have to replace it. They know locks, and they've earned my loyalty.”

“I’ve used several Ace Hardware locations in the past, but this one is by far the best I’ve been in. The team working here has always been extremely friendly and helpful, and recently they went above and beyond in their customer service to me. I purchased several large items online, to be picked up in store, and they called within minutes and offered to cancel my purchase so that I could buy them in-store for what amounted to $300 off the total price due to in-store promos which didn’t appear online. The guys helped me load the items into my car, which included unboxing a lawn mower since my tiny trunk wouldn’t fit the box; and, when we found that one item couldn’t fit at all they offered to deliver it the day after at no cost to me. I am very glad to have used this store for my purchases and will definitely come back in the future.”

“Been going here for years. I went here with it my dad growing up. I was in scouts with the current owner the son. Both of our dads have passed. If u need knowledge or something fixed and want family owed this is your business. He can fix anything. Also they sell stilh products and service. Always in-stock and if u need that odd ball nut or belt or whatever come here and stay away from the big box. I forgot they also have rakes shovels lube etc.. come check out the show room and look around u will find what your looking for. To the business thank u for the first at least 35 yrs or so and to the next hopefully 30 yrs!!!”

Bran New HVAC unit with fins damaged and Royal Supply of Lenexa KS will not replaced their damaged unit. Looks like it was dropped. They came and combed it out and left without even speaking to me! Crappy Customer Service. The unit is not level either! PLEASE SHARE on all social media. Zero if that was a selection.”
