I called Ego and they stepped me through troubleshooting steps and determined it required repair.This store was the closest authorized repair center to the Northland. I dropped it off with the warranty certificate Ego emailed me and the mower was fully repaired the next day. John was very professional and explained how Ego is good about warranty claims. John said the brand is solid and doesn’t have products fail very often. Great experience getting my lawn mower repaired before the new mowing season.”

“Been going here for years. I went here with it my dad growing up. I was in scouts with the current owner the son. Both of our dads have passed. If u need knowledge or something fixed and want family owed this is your business. He can fix anything. Also they sell stilh products and service. Always in-stock and if u need that odd ball nut or belt or whatever come here and stay away from the big box. I forgot they also have rakes shovels lube etc.. come check out the show room and look around u will find what your looking for. To the business thank u for the first at least 35 yrs or so and to the next hopefully 30 yrs!!!”

“This is one of my favorite places in Kansas City. Bulk spices, (unique ones at that!), flower seeds, feed for animals, gift sets for everyone in the family, and gorgeous flowers in the spring, summer and fall! They have fun trinkets and things you can actually use for your yard or farm and it's all located in a delightful old building with wood floors that still creak and the architecture is absolutely marvelous to look at while shopping! Please pick up some of their dip mixes- they are awesome for chips/ veggies or even just to marinate with! Have fun!”

Thanks to Tom (original Tom who has been there the longest, apparently there are three in total) and Cindy I was able to acquire a M10 x 1.0 die for repairing a thread on my moped crankshaft. This is after calling Home Depot, Lowes, visiting an ACE Hardware and calling another, no other hardware store had it on hand except for Euston. I am incredibly impressed at the availability in store so that I could make the repair on my cherished Maxi Sport and get it back on the road TODAY. The aspect that is equally impressive to the availability of the part is that I received a high five upon the purchase of this rare item! What an excellent experience.”
