“Took our son here for jeans, a belt, a hat and shirts. He's super skinny, so we've had a bear of a time finding good jeans that fit him, but Rachael had him all fixed up in no time with items that were priced competitively, yet were good quality duds and got him the look that he wanted. In addition, it's great to support a local company that has everything we want and a super friendly and helpful sales staff. Highly recommend the folks at Nigro's over some chain store.”
“5/5 stars for Jamie - she was my saving grace for finding a MOH dress! She was very patient with me and listened to everything I said. She checked every dress before I tried it on to make sure I could get it in the color and by the time of the wedding.
2/5 on my experience before finding Jamie. I could only find my size or a close size in 3 dresses. All the others were size 4 or size 18. Need more size options… very defeating! This was my 4th time coming into David’s bridal to find a dress. The first time the lady had me and all the bridesmaids in different fabrics resulting in half us needing to change our dresses. Providing dresses that didn’t come in the fabric or color even after telling her the color and fabric chosen. The second time the lady was the rudest person and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I left very defeated and she had me get the completely wrong size. She made me not want to buy from you at all! The 3rd time I was brought a dress and fell in love to find out it didn’t come in the color. They should really check that before having you try on a dress.”

“1st time here. Was happy it was open on a Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly. 4/5 stars for no bugy/baskets-asked if we could pile items on counter while we continued to shop but we're only offered a canvas bag that didn't meet our needs, so we ended up spending only $200 vs the $2k we budgeted (was buying a few items for ourselves and planned to buy to donate the remainder) the franchise owner, Claudia and her daughter were very nice & familiar with brands/pricing.”
“Found them on a google search when I was looking to get my son get a new board. The owner is a really nice guy and built his board so he didn't have to wait till he got home to ride. Skate shop is located inside of an indoor skate park. Shop has mostly boards but they also carry some tees, hoodies, socks & shoes. They offer a (summer 2023) skate camp & Saturday skate classes. Lots of kids and a few adults skating the day I went in. Nice place, nice owner-Support Local KC Businesses!”
“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Johnson & Murphy store! I recently visited this location and was blown away by the exceptional customer service, especially from an employee named Becky. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that unfortunately weren't in stock at this particular store. Instead of simply telling me they didn't have them, Becky went completely above and beyond to help me find what I needed. She took the initiative to call other Johnson & Murphy locations and tracked down the exact pair I was looking for at a store all the way in New Jersey! She arranged for the shoes to be shipped directly to my home, and to my delight, the shipping was completely free! I placed the order on Thursday, and incredibly, the shoes arrived at my doorstep on Sunday. That's super fast shipping! I am so impressed with the dedication and effort Becky put in to ensure I got the shoes I wanted. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly exemplifies outstanding customer service. “I am travelling from the south unexpectedly and ended up here during a winter storm without a jacket. I unbeknownst enter the store a few minutes after closing but they insisted they helped me. A few members helped pick out a perfect jacket inside my price range that was stylish and fit my XXL size. Now I'll be able to survive this stupid cold weather now. Great run store with amazing associates willing to help. 10/10.”

“I arrived 30 minutes before closing. I had great customer service from the moment I walked in. I asked a few questions. I was also asked a few questions. And within mom6i was trying on new boots. I was able to make my purchase, despite bad weather shutting down the electronics at the home office. I think I still managed to get back out before closing time. I very highly recommend getting your work boots here!”

“They had a pretty good selection of clothes. The prices were ok and they had some sales going on which seems to be the norm. We weren't bothered as we browsed around the store either. Sometimes when your at a place in the mall the sales people are on you like a hawk, but not this place. They just left us alone until we had a question. When we did have a question about the product they were quick to respond with the best of answers. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they were carrying. I still think that this place is one of the most popular places to go for this kind of shopping. I can honestly say that you won't be dissatisfied with your own trip to this location. We now have added this place to our own little list of must visit shops.”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

Maureen and Lory are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. I asked for help finding shoes with soles that would wear well on sidewalks. The associate at the register was knowledgeable and immediately pointed me to 3 brands in a nearby aisle. A few minutes later I asked her to repeat advice about gray boxes for more stylish shoes (not the comfort I was looking for). She answered kindly. Again as I checked out some time later she was pleasant, fast, and efficient.
Some selections had a limited number of sizes on the racks. Announcements over the speakers promised that missing sizes could be shipped without a fee.”
